Открытый урок “Диалог с обменом оценочной информацией”-“Dialogue with the exchange of evaluation information”.

Класс – 9А.

Цель учебная - научить вести диалог, соблюдая нормы речевого этикета.

Цель воспитательная – воспитывать культуру общения и уважение к собеседнику.

Задачи урока - отработать следующие умения:

• уметь начать, поддержать и закончить беседу,
• предлагать варианты к обсуждению,
• выражать свою аргументированную точку зрения и отношение к обсуждаемому    

      вопросу,

• соблюдать очередность при обмене репликами
• выбирать адекватный стиль речи, употребляя формулы речевого этикета
• принимать совместное решение

Ход урока.

1. Hello, I’m glad to see all of you. The aim of our lesson today is to learn how to make a “Dialogue with the exchange of evaluation information”.
2. I’d like to remind you that to make a dialogue you should know how

–to start a conversation, to continue and finish a conversation’

- to suggest different options

- to give arguments “for and against” a suggestion

- to speak in turns

- to be polite, to observe etiquette of speech

- to come to an agreement.

3. Today we’ll discuss what art events our class should organize to raise money for charity. 

4. You should possess necessary skills to make a good dialogue.

For this purpose it’s important to know:

• the structure (scheme) of a dialogue
• the useful phrases, necessary for a dialogue
• arguments  “for and against”.

I recommend you to keep to the following scheme  (Приложение 1, сл.4)

There are two partners (participants) in a dialogue- speaker A and speaker B.

Sp. A starts a conversation, he introduces the topic and makes the 1st suggestion, giving reasons.

Sp.B rejects the suggestion and supports his point of view.

 Sp.A  asks for another option.

And so on. During the dialogue you should suggest and reject giving explanations (reasons),

speaking in turns. and at last you have to come to an agreement.

Well, using useful phrases (Приложение 2) tell me how to:

• introduce the topic “Choosing an art event”,
• to make a suggestion,
• to reject/refuse a suggestion,
• to ask for another option,
• to agree on the suggestion.

Учащиеся практикуют  различные виды высказываний по предложенной теме.  

5. Look at these questions (сл.5). Which parts of the dialogue are they? (suggestions).

Now complete these questions in as many different ways as you can.

6. These are useful phrases to reject or to agree on a suggestion (сл.6).  Complete the phrases using the given words. Let’s revise what part of speech they are.

7. Complete the phrases using the words (сл.7).

8.  And this is your task for a conversation:  " Choosing an art event to raise money for charity"

9. Now you know that to lead a conversation you should think over arguments “for/against”. Fill in this table with 1 argument -for and 1 – against each of the options (Приложение 3).

В классе с менее подготовленными учениками или в связи с ограничением по времени возможна помощь учителя, предлагающего готовые аргументы “за/ против” (Приложение 4).

10. To make it easier you are given arguments “for/against”. Look at the arguments “for/against” a photographic exhibition. Read them and choose to fill in 1 argument –for &

1 argument – against.

Is everything clear?

11-13. Do the same for other options

14. Let’s try to start a dialogue. The left part of the class is A, the right part is B.

Учащиеся по очереди дают аргументы “за” и “против”, выстраивая требуемый диалог по заданной схеме.

 15. Marks, comments.

16. Your home task is to prepare a dialogue.

 Thank you for the lesson. Good luck in your work. I hope this lesson was useful for you and now you are ready to discuss any topic as you know how to suggest and support your idea, how to reject an idea using polite language and how to come to an agreement, which is very necessary in real life. To be successful you should possess these skills.
