Сценарий праздника для младших школьников «Рождественский праздник алфавита ».

Цели: расширение знаний учащихся о культурных традициях страны изучаемого языка.

Задачи:

Познакомить учащихся с особенностями традиций празднования Рождества в Великобритании.

Учить употреблять новую лексику в речи.

Активизировать имеющиеся знания учащихся по теме "Праздники и традиции"

Учить воспринимать на слух рассказ учителя.

Оборудование: доска, наглядный материал (картинки с изображением изученных лексических единиц), компьютер, экран, мультимедийная установка для показа презентации, магнитофон. Аудиозапись “Jingle Bells”

Оформление: актовый зал украшен новогодней мишурой, рождественскими открытками и плакатами. На столе стоит рождественская ёлка. На доске написана тема: Merry Christmas.  Под темой висит плакат с изображением рождественского камина с рождественскими носочками.

Познавательный аспект: учащиеся познакомятся с традициями и культурой страны изучаемого языка на основе праздника Christmas.

 Развивающий аспект: целенаправленное развитие психических функций, связанных с речевой деятельностью, таких как внимание, способность к анализу и синтезу, логическое мышление, способность к выявлению языковых закономерностей, языковая догадка, зрительная и слуховая память,  фонематический слух.

 Учебный аспект: работа, направленная на овладение всеми видами речевой деятельности: говорением, аудированием, чтением и письмом.

 Воспитательный аспект: повышения интереса к изучению английского языка, воспитание культуры языкового общения, уважительного отношения друг к другу, умения внимательно слушать собеседника.

Ход урока:

Звучит музыка Вивальди «Шторм». Учащаяся 10 класса танцует танец метелицы. В конце танца на сцене появляются учащиеся 2 классов в костюмах снежинок.

Ведущий: Good morning, dear children and guests! Welcome to our Christmas fairy-tale.

It is winter, it is Christmas!

Look at our Christmas tree!

There are big balls, there are nice dolls,

Many candies you can see.

Look at our snowflakes. Let`s listen what they are talking about.

Дети: A for the animals, out in the stable,

B for the Babe in the manger cradle,

C for the carolers, happy and gay,

D for December, the 25th day,

E for the Eve when we're all so excited,

F for the fun when the Christmas tree's lighted,

G for the goose, so round and so fat,

H for the holly and Santa's red hat,

 I for the ice on snow-covered hills, where sledding is fun, in spite of the spills,

J is for Jesus, the Christ child so dear, We honor His birth on Christmas each year,

K for the kitchen where Mom cooks the feast,

L for the light shining way in the East,

M for the mistletoe. Watch where it hangs!

N is the noel the angels first sang,

O for the ornaments trimming the tree,

P for the presents, for you and for me,

Q for the quaking of shepherds in fear, when the bright angels brought them the words of good cheer,

R for the reindeer, leaping the roofs,

S for the stockings that Santa Claus stuffs,

T for the toys, the tinsel, the tree,

U is for us- the whole family,

V is for visitors, friends far and near, W is for welcoming wreaths on the wall,

X is for Xmas, with pleasures for all,

Y is for Yule logs whose bright sparks fly high, to give a warm welcome to friends passing by,

Z is for zeal we show at this time in giving to others and loving mankind.

These snowflakes are letters of the English alphabet. Let`s sing the ABC song.

My dear friends, do you want to travel to the Christmas fairy-tale with me? (Yes, we do.)Then listen to me very attentively and answer my questions.

Christmas is one of the most interesting holidays in Great Britain. The purpose of Christmas is to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ on 25th of December. (Просмотр презентации -1 слайд) 

Christmas is a religious holiday .It’s celebrated on the 25-th of December.

On this day British people celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

This holiday means the beginning of the New Year and the new life. (Просмотр презентации -4 слайд) 

Every Christmas British people are presented a big Christmas tree by Norway. They put it up in Trafalgar Square in London.

Streets and houses are decorated with lights. (Просмотр презентации -5 слайд)  Look at our fir-tree. Let`s decorate it together! Our fir-tree is so beautiful!

We have a fir-tree in the hall.

It is so beautiful and tall!

Around it we dance and play

Because it is a New Year Day.

But listen! Somebody`s knocking at the door.

Санта-Клаус: Ho-ho-ho! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I am glad to see you! What holiday do you celebrate? (Christmas and Happy New Year)

Ведущий: Let`s sing the song «The Snowman»!

Дети: I wish I were a Snowman,

So tall and big and white.

I`d never have to clean my teeth

Or go to bed at night.

But maybe Mister Snowman

Is wishing he were me,

For I`ll be here when summer comes,

But where will the Snowman be?
