Тема урока:  «We are going to travel»

Цели урока:      

Практические: контроль речевых умений по теме “Путешествие”

Образовательные: продолжать совершенствовать лексико-грамматические навыки чтения, аудирования и говорения по теме урока.

Развивающие: развивать мышление, память, самостоятельность, совершенствовать навыки связной речи, развивать интеллект и познавательные способности.

Воспитательные: развивать коммуникативные навыки; формировать мотивацию к изучению иностранного языка; воспитывать толерантность; интерес к людям, живущим  в других странах, их обычаям и культуре.

Оснащение:       раздаточный материал, доска, интерактивная доска , учебник, плакат с кроссвордом.

Ход урока:

I  Вводная часть урока

1.Организационный момент

а) Приветствие  (T→ C)

T: Good morning, children!

P: Good morning, teacher!

T: I’m very glad to see you!

P: We are glad to see you too.

T: Take your sits. Who is absent today?

P: …… is/are absent (all are present)

T: Ok, thank you

б) Сообщение темы урока

T: The topic of our lesson today is “We are going to travel”. We will revise with you the words. We’ll visit   two strange countries and know some information about new transport.

2. Фонетическая разминка ( Т→С→Р1, Р2….)

T:  The topic of our lesson today is “We are going to travel” When we travel we miss our home. Yes? So let’s remember proverbs about home.

P : My home is my castle.

P:East or West home is best.

T: OK, Well done

II  Основная часть

1.Проверка домашнего задания. Развитие навыков монологической речи( учащиеся рассказывают о том, как и где они провели лето, используя лексику  по теме “Travelling”   и  Past Simple) (Р1→Т, Р2→Т)

T: So…When we   are far from our homes, we miss them and our relatives. This year you had summer holidays. And now, please, tell the class what did you do during your holidays.

P1: This summer I was at the village. I went there by bus. My grandparents live there. I helped them in the garden. I like village because there is fresh air and the river not far from the house.

T: Thanks. You had a really good summer.

P2: Last summer I went to the seaside with my parents. These ten days were the best in my life. We swam, ate different exotic fruits. We went to Water park. It was great. I liked my last summer holidays very much.

T: Thank you too. Your summer was amazing!  

P3: I went to the camp this summer.  I missed my parents when I was there. But I met a lot of new friends there. We went to the forest and gathered mushrooms.  Every morning we did exercises. Next summer I’m going to the camp again.

T:  Thank you. Well, you had wonderful trips. And now, let’s make a small journey to the Land where people don’t know how to write the word. Let’s help them and put all the letters in order.

2.Развитие навыков орфографии ( учащиеся из набора букв составляют и записывают на доске слова, выходя по очереди)

3. Совершенствование лексических навыков ( на экране изображены  различные виды транспорта, учащиеся высказывают свое мнение по поводу одного из них) ( P1→T→P2→T)

T: Now we should come back home.  How can we get there? We know that there are different types of transport. Could you tell me, please, what is your favorite one?

P:  I like to travel by…………

4. Развитие навыков чтения  и знакомство с новыми фактами о транспорте. (использование раздаточного материала с текстом, в котором есть пропуски. Учащиеся заполняют их выбирая правильный вариант из таблицы изображенной на экране) (Р1, Р2,Р3……)

T: …….said that his favorite transport is train. This morning I got a newspaper and there is a very interesting article about trains. But there are some spaces and you  should choose the best word for each space.

Trains – the Best Way to Travel

For many people, going (1) _____ train is the most exciting way to travel. You don’t have to wait (2)_____ hours at the airport with thousands (3) _____ other passengers. You just go (4) _____ station a few minutes before the train (5) _____, buy a ticket, get on train and the journey begins.

You can look at things (6) _____ the windows, have a sleep, read a book or go for a walk up and down the train. 5. Физкультминутка

T:  Ok, I think you are tired a little and let’s do physical exercises!

Stand still. Sit down!

6. Развитие навыков аудирования. ( работа с раздаточным материалом – карта с маршрутом. В итоге верного прохождения  этого маршрута, у ребят должно получиться слово queen’s castle. Один из учащихся  следует маршруту  возле экрана. Затем проверка получившихся словосочетаний.  Один из учащихся записывает словосочетание на доске. )

T: Well. Now we will do with you a small travelling. But it is unusual one. I have  a map and now I ‘ll give them and  you should follow the route and write down the letters you’ll find on your way.

(На доске учитель записывает слова, которые незнакомы учащимся.) (Т→С)

Through - через

Forest - лес

Village - деревня

Swan lake - лебединое озеро

Walk through the gate and go along the road as far as the bridge. Cross the river over the bridge, turn right and go as far as the crossroads. Turn left and walk along the forest on your left as far as the village. Turn left at the crossroads and go through the village to the hill. Have a little rest under the tree and then go down the hill. Go past the church and take the second turning to the right. Walk along the bank of the swan lake. It will be on your right. And in a minute you will get to ...

T: That was great, wasn’t it?

7. Развитие навыков диалогической речи. (работа с учебником ,учащиеся разыгрывают диалог) (T →P;P→P1,  P→P2)

T: Ok. Do you usually plan your trips or weekends?

S: (Yes or No)

Here we can see two girlfriends, they are talking on the phone. Let’s imagine that you are spies and  you can  bug(подслушивать) them and know about their plans.

8. Закрепление грамматических навыков (P1, P2…..)

T: Now we know what Linda is going to do at her weekend. And I want you to write about your plans using construction: “ I’m going to…..”.  Now open your copybooks and write one sentence. You have two minutes.

9.Домашнее задание (объяснение домашнего задания записанного на доске)

T: Please, open your diaries. Now look at the blackboard and write down your home task   SB. Ex 19 p.31   WB Ex 11 p. 15

(Учащиеся открывают дневники и пишут домашнее задание)
