Цели: научить учащихся использовать английский язык как средство образования и самообразования, расширить словарный запас учащихся за счет страноведческой тематики, развивать компенсаторную компетенцию, обобщить информацию, полученную из разных источников по страноведческой тематике, развивать способности учащихся к самостоятельному изучению английского языка.
