Методическая разработка  урока  домашнего чтения № 11 «Cinderella» к учебнику «Английский язык» Верещагина И.Н., Притыкина Е.А.3 класс . Разработала Бахтина А.Г.

Цели и задачи урока:

• Развитие навыков чтения с полным  понимание прочитанного
• Развитие речи на основе прочитанного текста
• Развитие творческих способностей учащихся  ( чтение по ролям)

Оборудование: Книга для домашнего чтения

                                                        Ход урока

1. Организационный момент и приветствие.

Учитель: Good morning, children.

Ученики: Good morning, good morning, we are glad to see you.

Учитель: Sit down, please. I am glad to see you, too

II. Сообщение темы урока 

Today we are going to read the story about Cinderella. We’ll learn to make up a story about Cinderella. We will role-play the tale and choose the best actors.

III. Фонетическая зарядка 

Учитель показывает карточки со звуками, учащиеся называют их и повтор

хором. [g], [t], [ k], [s], [z], [n].

III. Речевая  разминка по лексике текста

Учитель: Before we start reading let’s have a talk. Answer my questions:

• Did you like the tale?
• Why do you like this tale?
• Where did Cinderella’s stepmother and her daughters want to go?
• Do people go to balls now?
• Do you often go to the parties (discos)?
• Do you like them? Why?
• What clothes do we usually wear when we go to a party?

Look at the pictures on p.p. 36, 37, 38. Let’s compare the clothes. Which dress is the most beautiful (the longest, the biggest, the brightest)?

• Which hat is the nicest?
• Is Cinderella’s dress better or worse than the other dresses?
• Who is the kindest character of the book ( the worst character, the most beautiful)?

IV. Проверка понимания текста

Учитель:

-So, pupipls, imagine that I am a director of a theatre.I want to find actors for the play “Cinderella”. You are actors, two groups of actors. You want to workat my theatre.I must choose the actors for the play.Let’s play. You must do some tasks, you must show me how you know the text, how you can play.

• The first task is to say who said the followingwords in the play.  You must answer in turn. All actors from one group must take part if you want to be a winner.

1. We’ll go to the ball today. ( Stepmother)
2. I can’t wear these old clothes .( Cinderella)
3. I want a beautiful blue evening dress.(Liz)
4. I want a blue hat and white shoes. (Pat)
5. I want a party dress. ( Stepmother)
6. The invitation card says “To Lord Basil and Lady Sybil and their three daughters”. (Postman)
7. You can go to the ball, but first  there’s some work for you to do. (Stepmother)
8. Wash my socks! (Pat)
9. Oh, no! I can’t do all that today/ ( Cinderella)
10. Wash my dress! ( Liz)

-    The second task is to describe:

1. What clothes Pat wanted to put on
2. What clothes Liz wanted to put on
3. What clothes Cinderella wanted to put on
4. What invitation card the postman brought
5. What things Stepmother told Cinderella to do
6. What things (clothes) Cinderella must wash

-The next task. Prove that:

1. Cinderella wanted to go to the ball
2. Stepmother and her daughters didn’t want to go to the ball with Cinderella
3. Stepmother and her daughters were cruel ( bad) people
4. Stepmother and her daughters wanted to have new clothes for the ball

Учитель: Now you must answer my questions:

• Did stepmother wanted to wear?
• What colour dress did Pat want to have?
• What colour clothes did Pat want to have?
• Did the Postman want Cinderella to go to the ball too?What did he say?
• Did stepmother really allow Cinderella to go to the ball?
• What did stepmother tell Cinderella to do?

Учитель: The next task is called “Dominoes” (домино). You will be given the sentences, they are mixed. You must arrange the sentences in a logical order and put all of them like in the game “Dominoes”, one by one. The quickest team will have a special point. Then we will check up if you are right.

Предложения написаны на карточках, карточки перемешиваются. Ученики должны без книг расположить на столе предложения по порядку, следуя событиям в сказке.

The sentences:

1. Stepmother wanted to have a party dress for the ball
2. Pet and Liz wanted to have new clothes too.
3. Pet wanted to have a beautiful white evening dress, a blue hat and white shoes
4. Liz wanted to have a beautiful blue evening dress, blue shoes and a white hat.
5. Cinderella said: «I can’t wear these old clothes. I want some new clothes».
6. But stepmother, Pet and Liz didn’t want to take Cinderella with them.
7. They said you can’t go to the ball.
8. The postman brought the invitation card: «To Lord Bazil and Lady Cubil and their three daughters».
9. Then stepmother said to Cinderella: «You can go to the ball»
10. Stepmother told Cinderella to make beds to go to the shop and buy food and drink, to make tea, to wash clothes
11. Cinderella was very upset because she couldn’t do all things.

Учитель: The final task for you. You must read the tale in roles but try to do it very well like real actors do, you must be emotional, speak loudly, correctly. Some minutes for you to prepare…

Ученики выходят к доске, разыгрывают сказку. Учитель слушает выступление обеих команд.

VII. Заключительный этап урока. В конце урока оценивается работа учеников
