Author: Once upon a time in a far0away0kingdom in a dark deep forest, right next to Sleeping Beauties’s castle, there were two ogres. They were big, but not ugly. Every winter they fell asleep with bears, but this time bears decided to visit their grandmother in Japan and went away.

Ogre 1: I can’t fall asleep.

Ogre 2: Me too. I’m frozen without fluffy bears.

Ogre1: I know! We’ll go to the village and find warm, sweet kids.

O2:Yeeeeeeeeah, to warm us all winter long.mmmm)splendid!

A: And they went to the village. Children in Russian village were preparing for New Year and Christmas. They were dancing and singing.

 Russian dance. Ogres catch a few children.

O1: You come with us.

O2: And will warm us in our cooooooold house.

Child1:No, no. We don’t want to. Let us go!

O1: No, I’ll make a children soup, with carrots and onions.

O2:And I’ll make lots of childrensandwiches.

Child2: It’s New Year soon – we want to go home and celebrate it together with our parents.

O1:Max, what shall we do?

O2: Let them make us believe, that this holiday is funny and marry.

O1:And we’ll think about letting you go!

Child3: Let’s call the princess of fairies. She can dance bally dance.

A: Princess and a belly dance?

Ch1:Yes, she was on a business trip and learnt an interesting one.

Children all together: Princess, princess, come and help us. Ogres want to eat us.

Princess: Oh, my poor little children, what can I do for you?

Ch2: Dance, please, show them how brilliantly you can do it.

Pr: OK.

Dance

O1(dancing): Mmmm, a nice girl. But I’m still hungry and frozen.

O2: Where’s my huge bowl?

Ch1: Let’s call princess star. She can sing really wonderful French songs.

Ch3: Staaaaar, help us. Sing to the ogres.

Song

Ogre1: Lalalaaa, I’ll be singing this while making my childrensoup.

Ch2: What shell we do? Our last hope is small dwarfs from the deep hole.

A: Dwarfs? They are 15 cm high!

Ch3: So what? They know lots of magic poems. I think they could calm them down.

O2: Poems? I like that stuff. Let’s listen.

O1:Oh, it remains me my childhood.

O2: Our granny used to tell us this for a night.

O1: I’m sleepy.

O2: Me too, let’s take a blanket and go to our bed.

O1: Children, you may be free.
