Внеклассное мероприятие на тему «Семья и друзья» для учащихся 9 – а класса МБОУ Маньковская СОШ

Цель: Развитие у учащихся умений и навыков говорения по теме “Семья и друзья”.

Задачи:         

1.        Тренировать лексико-грамматические навыки по теме «Семья и друзья».

2.        Воспитание любви и уважения к семье и друзьям.

3.        Активизация творческих способностей у учащихся при подготовке и проведении праздника.

Оборудование: компьютер, проектор, два ватмана, фломастеры.

Ход мероприятия:

Teacher: Good day dear boys and girls! Sit down, please! Today we have a special lesson. We will play the game. “Crosses and zeroes”. Please, divide into two groups, choose the captains and name your teams.

Now, when we have two teams “Family” and “Friends”, look at the blackboard. You can see the table for our game. In your term you can open one of the squares of the table and have the task to do. Both groups do the task and we will decide what group is the best and put the zero or the cross into the square. At the end of our lesson we will count the crosses and zeroes and will name the winner of our game.

Are you ready to start the game? Let’s start. Please, open one of the squares.

№1. “The Chain”

Командам дается исходное слово SUPPORT, из которого они за 1-2 минуты должны составить цепочку слов, где последняя буква предыдущего слова является первой буквой последующего.

example. SUPPORT- tips – survival value – enemies – sensible – envy -……..

№2. Poems

Teacher: Well, boys and girl, and now let’s listen to the poems

№4. “Snowball”

Ученик команды, открывшей клетку, говорит предложение по теме «Family and Friends», ученик второй команды повторяет это предложение и придумывает свое. Игра продолжается до тех пор, пока ученик одной из команд не ошибется.

№ 5. Presentations

Teacher: Children, will you tell about your families and friends, please.

(Учащиеся рассказывают о своих семьях и друзьях, используя свои презентации)

P 1: I am Dima Serbin. I am fifteen years old. I want to tell you a few words about my family and my friends.

 My family is not large. I have got a mother, a father and a brother. There are four of us in the family.

I think I take after my father, I’m tall, fair-haired, and even-tempered.

First of all, some words about my parents. My mother is a nurse.

My father is a driver. My father likes to sing and when we are at home and have some free time, I play the guitar and we sing together.

My brother Sergey is eleven. He is a schoolboy. He wants to become a doctor but he is not sure yet.

Our family is very united. We like to spend time together. In the evenings we watch TV, read books and newspapers, listen to music or just talk about the events of the day. Our parents don’t always agree with what we say, but they listen to our opinion. We are happy when we are together.

People say that I'm a sociable person. It's true. I make friends easily. My best friend is Dan. He is the most honest and responsible guy I've ever known. I'm sure that I can rely on him in any situation.

Dan is very gifted for music and plays the piano and the guitar very well. He has made up his mind to become a musician and dreams of the career of a pianist.

We spend a lot of time together and talk for hours about all sorts of things: art, politics, love, family relations. We often discuss films and books. I should say that I'm more tolerant than Dan. He is too frank and it's not always good of him to tell people what he thinks about them.

I'm happy to have nice friends and a good family.

№6. Rules.

Teacher: Well! And now first team will write rules of true friends; second team will write rules of happy family.

P 1: rules of true friends: 1. Share successes with each other; 2. Criticize in private and praise in public; etc.

P 2: rules of happy family: 1. have common interests; 2. to support each other in difficult situations; etc.

№7. Proverbs

Teacher: Well, let’s see who knows proverbs best. Match English proverbs with their Russian equivalents. The first team will be winner.

“Blood is thicker than water” (семейные отношения крепче чем все остальные)

"There's no place like home" (В гостях хорошо, а дома лучше)

“Like father, like son” (Яблочко от яблони недалеко катится)

“Дома и стены помогают” (Every dog is a lion at home)

“A man is known by the company he keeps” (с кем поведешься от того и наберешься)

«A friend in need is a friend indeed” (Друг познается в беде)

“Old friends and old wine are the best” (Старый друг – лучше новых двух)

“A friend is never known till needed” (Без беды друга не узнаешь)

“A friend to all is a friend to none” (Всем брат — никому не брат)

“A friend's frown is better than a foe's smile” (Недруг поддакивает, а друг спорит)

№8. “The house of my dream”

Teacher: We are speaking about families and friends today, so I want you to draw pictures “The family or friend of my dream”

(Дети рассказывают о семье или друге своей мечты, используя рисунки)

Teacher: well! Children, look! There are no empty squares in our table now. Let’s count the zeroes and the crosses. So, the winner of our game is the team “…..”
