II.  Фонетическая зарядка.

It’s time to prepare our tongues for the serious work. Let’s remember the English sounds and the words with them. Please, name only the words on the theme” Food”.

-At the previous lessons we have learnt Future Simple tense, haven’t we? I would like to ask questions about your future plans.  Listen attentively and ask them.

Airat, how old will be you next year?

Leila, what lesson will you have tomorrow?

Aliya, will you have a birthday party next year?

Bulat, will you go to Kazan next summer?

Aigul, whom will you be in future?

Aizat, will you travel in future?

III.Актуализация пройденного материала.

-Well done! And now I’m going to check up your homework.

1.Упр.11  p.66  look at the table and, using your imagination and the present continuous tense , say who, when and what is going to do.

2.  Let’s remember future simple tense.

I’ll give  you sentences in Russian. You will work in groups. You will translate and write some questions to the sentences.

Я пойду в библиотеку завтра.

Who? What? Why? When? Where?

Мы купим новый телевизор  завтра.

Она будет танцевать на концерте завтра.

IV. Знакомство с новой темой.

1. Представление задач урока

- Very well boys and girls. Look at the board. You can see there pictures. Tell me please, what can you see there?

T. What countries do you see there ?

P. Russia, Tatarstan, Great Britain?

T. - How do you think , what will the  theme of today’s lesson? What about will  we talk today?

P. We will talk about food.

Yes , about national food. What is it national?  

What national Russian food do you know?

What national Tatar food do you know?

What national English food do you know?

-Look at the board , please. You can see there new words. Listen to the new words. Read them aloud after speaker to check their pronunciation. Now let’s try to translate these words together. Now, let’s read the word combinations and sentences to know how to use these words. Find  ex.12 on page 66, letter c.

VI.Закрепление лексического материала в речи.

That’s good. And now find ex. 14 on page 68. We shall describe the pictures of this exercise. Can you name the food you see in the picture?

The next task for you is ex. 15 on page 68. You are to choose two possible answers.

- Now take the sheets of paper and write 3 questions to ask your classmates about their favourite food! Work in groups of 3. Start your questions like this:

What food  do you …?

What’s your favourite…?

What do you usually have for…?

Now tell us about each member of the group! ( he /she likes…, his/her favourite food is…, he/she usually has … for…).

Write down your friends answers so we could have the favourite food survey. What is the most popular food?

Hello, our names are Kate and Nick Brown. We are 8 and 10 years old.

What do we usually have for breakfast? Well, we usually eat bread and butter, jam or marmalade, and cheese, eggs, bacon or salami. We usually drink tea with milk, or sometimes fruit tea. At weekends we have a glass of milk. Our parents like white coffee (that's coffee with milk). We also drink juice; orange juice is the best. Kate prefers bread and butter, with strawberry jam, and I like bread and cheese and boiled eggs. What is your favourite breakfast?

Test: Mark sentences as true or false

1. Kate is 10 years old.
