Упражнение на прогнозирование в чтении составлено на основе аутентичного материала на английском языке. Предназначено для учащихся 7-8 классов , изучающих английский язык углубленно. Упражнение разделено на три уровня - А,В и С.

The children had a wonderful tea, and finished up with an ice-cream each. Timmy the dog was treated to a cake and biscuit, and licked George’s ice-cream glass clean.
“Well – I don’t know if we can manage to walk to the station now!” said Dick. “I feel pretty full. What’s the matter, George?”
“I was just feeling Timmy’s collar – and he’s lost his badge! It’s got his name and address on it! I must come back and find it! It’s already dark, but oh yes, I’ve got a torch.”
“Do you mean you are going all alone?” said Anne. “I’ll come too. Timmy’s being a bit of a nuisance today, aren’t you, Tim? Bringing too much chaos and anarchy …”
