I am glad you are reading my blog! At the previous time one of you asked me about the relationships with my parents. Well, I have a little time to speak about it.

Basically, my parents and I get along with each other, but sometimes we can't avoid conflicts. Usually these conflicts happen when we misunderstand each other or can't come to a kind of decision that would satisfy the wishes of all family members. Unfortunately, sometimes conflicts between me and my parents may happen.

Unquestionably, the most effective way to a family conflict resolution is discussing the problem and doing our best to find the way to perfect understanding each other's point of view. But I know some cases where it is impossible. For example, one of my classmates has problems in the family and doesn’t have any ways to resolve them. His inner conflict caused another problem. He is addicted to alcohol. I say to him “It is not a solution” but he doesn’t want to listen to. The reason why he doesn’t listen to me is indifference. He is constantly saying: “ I don’t care”. The most terrible thing is I can’t help him.

Teen Stress

Teen stress is on the increase. Teenagers become stressed about parents, work, and relationships and many other things. Teenage stress can be quite normal, but too much stress is associated with teen depression and anxiety.

Stress can be caused with bullying at school. Bullying is a serious problem for all children involved. Kids who are bullied are more likely to feel bad about themselves and be depressed. They may fear or lose interest in going to school. They don’t have friends. All their free time they spend on internet because this reality seems friendlier. Unfortunately, they can join the doubtful societies in social networks. To avoid bullying sometimes they take extreme measures, which can lead to tragic results. They may carry weapons, use violence to get revenge, or try to harm themselves. The number of these accidents increases.

 Another reason for stress is exams. To fail the exam is a great fear for teens. Meanwhile, stress is a normal part of life. You may feel stress about friendships, grades, tests, family issues, homework, work, extracurricular activities, or your love life. We can't rid our lives of stress, but we all can learn how to cope with it.
