Фестиваль «So many countries, so many customs»

 в рамках недели английского языка

Сценарий выступления 2 группы 5А класса

«So many countries, so many customs».

1. Звучит музыка. На сцену выходят 4 учащихся в костюмах времен года: Summer, Spring, Autumn and Winter

Summer.Hello, everybody! Today we tell you about festivals and holidays in Britain.

Autumn. In Autumn English people celebrate a nice holiday – Halloween. Welcome to our Halloween party!

2. Инсценировка «Halloween party»

Появляются папа (с газетой), мама (с блюдом сладостей и фруктами). Father. Oh, dear. Today is the thirty first of October. It’s time to celebrate Halloween.  

Mother. Let’s arrange a Halloween party for our children. Where are they?

Стук в дверь. Папа открывает дверь, пугается: «Oh! My God!»

Заходят 4-5 детей в костюмах ведьм, вампиров.

Children: Trick or treat! Trick or treat! Trick or treat!

Папа дает детям яблоки.

Children: Trick or treat! Trick or treat! Trick or treat!

Папа дает детям конфеты.

Children: Trick or treat! Trick or treat! Trick or treat!

Детям на третий раз ничего не дают. Дети достают воздушный шарик и неожиданно хлопают его..

Father. OK. OK. Take some cakes.

Дети выстраиваются и поют песню.

1) Trick or treat? Trick or treat?

Give me something good to eat.

Apples, peaches, tangerines.

Happy Happy Halloween.

2) Trick or treat? Trick or treat?

Give me something sweet to eat.

Cookies, chocolate, jelly beans.

Happy Happy Halloween.

3)Trick or treat? Trick or treat?

Give me something sour to eat.

 Lemons, grapefruits, limes so green.

 Happy Happy Halloween.

4) Trick or treat? Trick or treat?

 Give me something good to eat.

 Nuts and candy. Lollipops.

 Now it’s time for us to stop.

Дети убегают.

3.Под шум ветра появляется девочка в костюме Зимы.

Winter.  The third winter month is February. In February English people celebrate Saint Valentines Day.

Звучит торжественная музыка, выходит император в греческой одежде со свитком.

Emperor. I am an emperor of Rome. My name is Claudius the second. I need good soldiers for my army and I forbid everybody to marry. Men must fight and not marry.

Император уходит. Звучит церковная музыка. На сцену выходит священник с библией. Держась за руки, забегают  девушка и юноша. Они падают на колени перед  священником.

He:  Oh, please! Marry us! We love each other!

She: Please. Help us!

Священник: I see… you love each other very much. I will help you. I’ll  marry you secretly.

(Обращается к влюбленным) My daughter! My son! I declare you husband and wife! Be happy!

Звучит Вальс Вивальди.

Врывается стража, они хватают священника.

Стражник 1: Priest, you broke the law. You’ll die.

Стражник 2: Go to prison! 

Священника «бросают в тюрьму» и он садится в углу сцены.

 Входит тюремщик с дочерью.

Священник: What a beautiful girl!

Тюремщик: This is my daughter. She is so unhappy. She is blind.  She will never enjoy the light of the sun! She will never see the blue sky! She will never see the trees! (рыдает)

Священник: My name is Valentine.  I can help you. Come to me! Don’t be afraid! (кладет руку на глаза)

Дочь тюремщика открывает глаза, она счастлива.

Дочь. I can see. I see the light. I am happy!  Thank you! You are so kind. Even here, in prison, you show your love for everyone.  Thank you, very much. May I visit you every day?

Священник:  Unfortunately, tomorrow, the fourteenth of February, I will die. But  I want to tell everybody “I love you. Your Valentine”.

Девушка плачет и уходит, а священник пишет послание, которое озвучивает :«I’ll send my secret message and sign it ”Your Valentine”

Звучит лирическая музыка. Появляются три ангела с сердцами и читают стихи.

1-ый ангел.

 I have a little valentine

 That someone sent to me.

 It's pink and white

 And red and blue

 And pretty as can be.

2-ой ангел.

Roses are red,

Violets are blue,

Honey is sweet

 And so are you.

3-ий ангел (с капустой).

My love is like a cabbage

Divided into two,

The leaves I give to others,

The heart I give to you.

Ангелы вверх кидают сердечки.

Под лирическую музыку уходят со сцены.

4.Появляется девочка в костюме  весны.

Spring. And now let’s speak about spring holidays in Britain. (На экране презентация «Easter») Easter is celebrated on the first Sunday following the first full moon after the spring equinox. This means that Easter can fall on any Sunday from the 22nd of March  to the25th of April . What are the symbols of Easter? Meet Easter bunny and chickens!

Easter Bunny.  Hello. I am Easter bunny. I am a symbol of Easter. I have got a lot  of Easter eggs.

Chickens. Hello. We are Easter chickens. The symbols of Easter are spring flowers and Easter Bread. Typical Easter British cakes are Hot Cross Buns. Help yourself! (Угощают зрителей булочками)

Easter Bunny.  There are many Easter games in Britain: Rolling eggs, Hiding and hunting eggs, Eggs and spoon race, Knocking eggs together. Would you like to play Eggs and spoon race?

Chickens. Yes.

Звучит, музыка. Цыплята  на ложках держат пасхальные яйца и показывают как играть. Зрители из зала участвуют в эстафетах.

Easter Bunny. Happy Easter! Happy Easter! Happy spring! Happy, happy everything!

Учащиеся с кроликом и цыплятами поют песню.

Looking kind of funny

With your basket of eggs

Children singing

'What's the bunny bringing

For me on Easter Day?"

Mom is cooking

While we're out there looking

For the eggs hidden away

After church we

Gathered 'round with family

On this Easter Day

Two thousand years ago

Jesus died for our sins

Remember his resurrection

And the joy it brings

Flowers blooming

Springtime's looming

Everything is coming alive

Easter colors

Yellow, blue and others

Tell us Spring has arrived

Children are playing

And everybody's saying

"So good to see you today!"

We're all together

The merrier the better

On this Easter holiday

Two thousand years ago

Jesus died for our sins

Remember his resurrection

And the joy it brings

Flowers are blooming

& Springtime's looming

Oh what a wonderful day

We're all together

The more of us the better

On this Easter holiday

A lovely Easter holiday

I like my Easter holiday

Все уходят со сцены. Появляется Весна.

5. Spring. People are happy to celebrate this holiday. In England people celebrate it having springtime dances. In many parts of England dancers called «Morris dancers» perform on Easter Sunday. The dances perform are very old spring dances to frighten away the evil spirits of winter. Ribbons and little bells are tied onto the dancers. As the dancers move quickly the bells ring and the ribbons wave.

(Исполняется “Morris Dancing”).

6. Summer. And what’s about summer?

 Pupil. And In summer all children in Britain and in Russia have their…(all together) holidays.

В конце выступлении все учащиеся вместе могут спеть любую английскую песенку.
