Тема урока: Большие надежды

Место урока в системе уроков по теме: данная тема рассматривается в разделе «Ответственность».

Цель урока: развитие умения читать с извлечением полной информации.

Задачи урока:

Образовательная:

1. создать условия для отработки навыков и умений в чтении на основе прочитанного текста
2. уметь извлекать детальную информацию на основе прочитанного текста

Развивающие:

1. обогащать активный словарный запас школьников.

2.  создать условия для развития  коммуникативных навыков

Воспитательные:

1. способствовать развитию культуры взаимоотношений при работе в парах, группах, коллективе;

2. содействовать развитию эстетического вкуса, культуры речи;

 Планируемые результаты:

• ученик должен уметь извлекать нужную информацию из текста и использовать ее на практике.
• ученик должен уметь использовать навыки поискового чтения.

Оборудование: учебник, аудио приложение, рабочая тетрадь, раздаточные материалы.

Содержание урока:

1. Организационный момент.

T: Good morning! I’m glad to see you! Sit down please! I wish you good luck today! Let’s start our lesson.

(Ученики приветствуют учителя, настраиваются на работу).

2. Речевая разминка. Фронтальная работа.

T: You are taught various school subjects at our school. So answer some questions, please.

                         1. What are your favourite school subjects?

                         2. Why do you like them?

                         3. What emotions do you experience at these lessons?

                         4. Do you like Literature? Why?

                         5. What do you do at your Literature lessons?

                   6. What English writers and poets do you know?

                   7. What books of English writers have you read in Russian? Did you enjoy them?

3. Тема. Цель урока.

T: Have you ever heard about Charles Dickens? What do you know about Charles Dickens?

Tell me please, which Dickens’ most well-known novels you know. Look at the picture. Describe it. And suppose from what Dickens’ most well-known novel it is.

What is the theme of our lesson today? What is the aim of our lesson? What should we do with this extract?

T: Yes, you are absolutely right. We should learn some facts about Ch. Dickens’s biography. And we should learn new words. 

(Учащиеся описывают картинку и предполагают, из какого произведения она была взята).

4. Основные этапы урока.

Активизация лексических навыков. Работа с текстом.

T: Let’s do ex.1 p.52. Read the task.

(Ученики знакомятся с заданием и читают тест о Чарльзе Диккенсе).

Активизация лексических навыков. Работа с новыми словами.

T: Let’s read and translate these words and phrases.

(Учащиеся работают над новыми словами).

Формирование аудитивных навыков.

T: Listen and match the highlighted words/phrases in the extract. Look at ex. 4 p 53.

(Учащиеся слушают запись и соединяют слова из упражнения).

5. Работа с тестом. Задания дифференцированного характера.

T: Some of you will work with ex.3 p. 52

(Учащиеся выполняют упражнение по заданию).

Для учащихся предлагается задание в формате ЕГЭ.
