1.Introduction: "What is family ?"

Family is the most important thing in life and no one can deny it. It is also the strongest unit of society. Families can be different. For example one person’s family consists only of one parent; the other’s family consists of parents, grandparents, sisters, brothers and several cousins. The average family in our country consists of mother, father and two children.

 The purpose of the study is to make a pedigree and tell about my family in English.

 Tasks are:

 1)What is a family tree?

 2) Collect materials about my relatives.

3)Making  the family genealogical tree.

 Мethods:

1. Search for information, interview parents and relatives;                               2.Search for information  on making a a family tree;                                                     3. Consultation with the teacher and parents.

Relevance of the research еveryone should know their pedigree.

The subject of the study is the history of my family.

The object of research is memories and stories of the older generation, family photos, documents.

2."What is family tree?"

A family tree, a genealogical tree– all this is the name of the same thing: a drawing (or diagram) depicting tree branches with the surnames and names of relatives of a certain person. That is a tree that shows relatives since ancient times.

3.About my family tree

     In my opinion, I’m lucky. I have a large family and we all live in the same  detached house. My name is Ralina . I have parents, grandmothers, two brothers and a lot of relatives.                                                                                                                        Our house is located in  Tatarstan republic,Arsk region,Alan village. I have two brothers.One brother is older than me, but another is younger.His name is Riman. He is only three and we all pamper her. I’m 11.My elder brothers name is Riyaz. He is 13 years old. My mother is a teacher of English language..Her name is Alina.  My father’s name is Rasim. He works in the field of  culture. They seem to like their occupations.
   When I grow up I want to become a doctor.  I like to help people.My father says I need to train hard to become professional. My elder brother Riyaz wants to be programmist. He is fond of information technology.My grandmother is retired. She is 75 years old.  Her name is Luiza.Now, when she has more free time, my grandmother likes working at the garden and help my parents.Мy grandpa’s name  was Nakip. He was a very good person. He was a child of war. My grandpa was very  wise man.                                                                                                              My grandgrandparents name was Fatih and Magmura. My grandgrandfather fought in the Great Patriotic War and is considered missing in 1943.My grandgrandma was very strong woman.  She brought up three children during the war. And she lived for 87 years.                                                                                                             All in all, we are a friendly family. We respect discipline and family values. That’s why we try to be home for dinner and at weekends we spend lots of time together. Most of all I like our festive meals on special occasions, such as New Year,  family members’ birthdays. I think we are happy family.

4.Conclusion                                                                                                         While working on this project, I completed all the tasks I set. She compiled a family tree, studied the history of her family, learned a lot about her ancestors and their way of life. It was interesting to hear stories about their close and distant relatives.
