The school museum by Angelina The exhibits in it can be divided into some parts. They are the documents from the school history, books and toys of the Soviet period and you can see a lot of pictures on the walls.

The school museum by Snezhana There is an interesting exhibition which shows the room with different things inside. We can see old musical instruments and furniture from a country cottage in this museum. Looking at this part of the museum we touch to the history of our country

The school museum by Angelika I’m proud of my school. In the museum there are documents of the school veterans and school awards. It’s very interesting for me to know about the people who worked at our school many years ago. In this museum you can learn more about what it was before, that we should remember what it was before.

In t he school museum There is an exhibition of old books and dictionaries in the museum too. I like to see a lot of old photos of the pre war period in the museum. They show beautiful German architecture, parks and Lutheran church in the old square.

What is the building of school Nr.6 famous? During the First World War there was a hospital in this building. That’s why we can see a memorial plague to the nurses in the World War II on the wall of school number 6.

The place of the WWI This monument is in the very centre of our town. The monument is a sculpture composition: a bronze figure of a Russian soldier, sitting on the drum, and the pyramid, on the front side of which there is a plaque with the image of crossed artillery and the inscription.

Friedrichstrasse – Teatralnaya street: Frieda Jung The famous East –Prussian poet Frieda Jung lived in this street for many years. And now you can see a memorial plague on the house where she lived.

Catholic Church in Lenin street This building was built in the very beginning of the 20 th century. After the Second World War it didn’t work as a church. Then a catholic parish restored it and now it’s a centre of religion and culture. Vocal and organ concerts take place here.

Town stadium Children and adults can play football, run and jump here. It helps them to keep fit. Our town football team is very strong. The football club “Progress” is a winner at many regional competitions. A lot of holiday concerts are held at the stadium too.

Curved bridge in Chernyakhovsk This place is very picturesque. I like to draw and sometimes I take my paints and spend hours watching the water stream of the river and listening to bird songs.

Touch history with your heart! Our school is great And we all love it. And we shall do the best for it. We want to win in every contest. We want the school to be the first. It's our place to live and study With our friends and family. We love you much, Our favorite school. We wish to live here happily.
