Конспект внеклассного мероприятия на языке
Тема: “Travelling and Transport”
Цель: закрепление ранее пройденного лексического и грамматического материала.
Задачи:
1. активизировать ранее изученный лексический материал в устной речи.
2. развивать аудитивные навыки, навыки поискового чтения.
3. развивать мышление, внимание учащихся.
4. прививать интерес к иностранному языку.
Оформление доски:

Ход урока:
1. Начало занятия
1.1 Организационный момент. Сообщение целей:
- Good afternoon, children! I’m glad to see you! What date is it today? What day of the week is it today? What’s the weather like today? Is it frosty? How are you today? Good!
- Children, today we’ll have an unusual lesson. We’ll have a real competition. We’ll fly by plane to different places and do different tasks. You are divided into two teams. Imagine that we are on the plane. Each team has got its pilot, air-hostesses, mechanics, passengers. For each right answer you’ll get a score. First of all you should give a name to your plane. These are two groups of words. Make up the word and you’ll get the name of your plane.
(“The Queen”, “Victoria”)
- That’s nice. You are “The Queen”. And your team is called “Victoria”.

1.3 Речевая зарядка:
- The next stop is called “Speaking”. I’ll ask you a question and you are to answer it. The pupil who will be the first to put up his hand will answer the question and will get a score for his plane.

2.1 Активизация ранее изученного лексического материала:
- The next our stop is “Words”.
- The first task is to add the words about travelling to this one “Fantastic travelling”. You should w/d the words in column like this.
- Now, you see the text. But some words are changed into pictures. Your task is to read the text with all the words. Is it clear? We’ll read the text a sentence by sentence. One sentence for each team. Mind the prepositions.
- Excellent!
2.2 Развитие навыков поискового чтения:
- The next stop is “Stories”. You know, children, we can travel not only from one country to another but in time too. You’ll get a text. Look through it. I’ll give half a minute. Answer, please, my questions.
(Who is the narrator of the story? What did he invent? Whom did he see when he went back in time? )
- Now, be more attentive. State if these statements are true or false.
(1. Professor Huang wanted to see his father when he was 10 years ago.
2. Professor Huang’s father had one brother and two sisters.
3. His father with his sisters and brothers were looking for a cat.
4. They found the dog.
5. The narrator didn’t come back in time.)
(The Time Machine
I am Professor Huang and I have just invented (изобрел) a time machine. People can travel into the past or the future for five hours.
I thought that it would be fun to see what my father was like when he was 10 years old.
I packed a small bag and got into my time machine. I keyed in the words, "1964, 11 Niven Road, Singapore" then pressed the button... in a moment, I was in front of the pre-war house, 11 Niven Road.
I saw four children looking for (которые искали) a lost dog. They were my father, my uncle Kelvin, my aunt Peek and aunt Janet. I introduced myself as an old friend and agreed to help them look for their lost dog, Blackie. In few hours we found the dog in the park. She was walking with another dog and was telling her something important.
We went back to 11 Niven Road and I told them goodbye. My five hours were almost up (закончились). I ran to a dark alley and in a flash I was gone. I found myself back in my time. What an adventure!)
2.3 Закрепление ранее изученного грамматического материала:
- Our next stop is “Grammar”. - Now, children, look at me. I have bought a new blouse. It’s very nice. Yesterday Stepa went to walk. Children, what tenses have I used? Let’s arrange these words in the right order.
(Past Simple, Present Perfect, Have/has, V, V, ed, ed, 3, already, just, yet, recently, never, yesterday, last week)
- Let’s train this rule. You’ve got the cards. Put the right tense.
(1. Yesterday I ... shopping. (to go))
2. My mother ... just ... London. (to visit)

2.4 Физзарядка:
- Now we are very tired. We need some rest.

2.5 Развитие аудитивных навыков:
- We have reached the stop “Listening”. You’ll hear the story about London. Your task will be the following. W/d as many sights of interest as you’ll hear. Is it clear?
- Let’s check it up. One by one.

Аудирование: The Mary’s letter about her journey to London.
(Good day, dear children! I’m Mary. I’m 12. I would like to tell you about my trip to London. It was wonderful. First of all I visited the Tower of London. It was a prison, a zoo, a palace. Now it is a museum. Then I went to Trafalgar Square with its monument to Admiral Nelson. Also I visited St Paul’s Cathedral which architect was Sir Christopher Wren. I greatly admired the Houses of Parliament with Big Ben. Near Buckingham Palace I saw a beautiful tree. I liked it very much and called it My Princess. In two weeks I came back to Russia. My trip to London was unforgettable.)

2.6 Развитие навыков говорения:
- The next stop is “Speech”. Now you are to remember any dialogue and act it out. Come up to the bl. Everybody listen to them very attentively.
3. Завершающая часть урока
3.1 Подведение итогов:
- Now, children, let’s count your scores. Which team has got more scores. The winners are ... Take these tasty things. The team ... has taken the second place. You’ll get the prize too.
- Stand up, please! Thank you for your work, children! You are very smart! Good-bye!

(Once upon a time there was Spice Country. Queen Salt and her favourite son Prince Pepper ruled (правили) the country. In a poor little house there lived a little girl, Sarah Sweet by name. She was the Prince’s Friend. One day Sarah found Prince Pepper in bed as he was ill. The doctor said: “He can’t eat food without mustard. Someone has stolen all the mustard. We think Vinegar Witch has done it.” Sarah wanted to help her friend. She flew by plane to the Wild Wood. An ugly old tree explained her the way to Vinegar Witch. But Sarah couldn’t remember it. Very soon she found Witch’s Castle. The Witch was very surprised. She gave Sarah three boxes. Sarah chose the right one with mustard. She brought mustard to Pepperpot Palace. The Prince felt very fine.
