                            Проект «Памятники ст.Егорлыкской»

   Egorlykskaya is the centre of Rostov region. It’s a big area in our region. It is situated not far from Rostov-on-Don and it’s a centre of the agricultural district. Yegorlykskaya  district produces  wheat, corn, sunflower.

       Our stanitsa is big and green.  We like my stanitsa in spring and in summer. There are a lot of flowers and trees. The centre of stanitsa is the shopping centre. You can visit different shops, spend your free time in the cafes. People like to go to the House of the Culture and rest in the park. The sportsmen can train on the stadium.

         Population is 18 thousand people. There are monuments in our stanitsa. They tell us about the greatest victories and fights in The Great Patriotic War. Thousands of soldiers are battled, defending our native land.

          Monument of  Pervo-Konnoy Army. It is situated in the south-western area of our stanitsa. It is devoted to the heroic feat of soldiers of  Pervo-Konnoy Army.

          There is a monument on the way to Rostov-Stavropol road. It’s devoted to tankmen 134 guardsman regiment, which was under the command of colonel Tikhonchuk.

         Bratskaya Grave was made by Potapovs in 1985. It is situated in Gritsik Street. It’s a memorial complex of soldiers perished in The Great Patriotic War.

         We like our native place where we live. We remember. We are proud!
