Тема: Мир современных профессий

Цели и задачи:

• активизация лексики по теме «Выбор профессии»
• Развивать слуховую и кратковременную память, слуховой контроль
• развитие навыков ознакомительного чтения и диалогической речи
• совершенствование навыков сбора и обработки информации

Оборудование: лексическое задание по количеству учащихся

Тип урока: контроль полученных навыков

Ход урока

1. Организационный момент

• Good morning boys and girls!
• I’m glad to see you!
• What date is it today?
• What day of the week is it today?
• Who is absent? Why?
• Today we shall have a talk about the most and least popular jobs.

2. Фонетическая зарядка

На доске – стихотворение “I want to be”. Учащиеся должны прослушать, прочитать  и  перевести стихотворение.

Some people often say to mе:
"Have уоu decided what уоu want to bе?"
I usually answer, "I don't know,"
But it isn't really so.
I want to win аn Olympic race,
I want to see the Earth from space,
I want to travel to Katmandu
I want to bе rich and famous, too.
I want to bе оn Hollywood's screen,
I want to invent а new machine,
I want to bе very clever and wise,
I want to win the Nobel prize,
But most of all, I want to bе
Healthy and strong, and nice.

Look at the list of professions. Write them down into three groups. Which of these professions do you think are the most interesting? /the most difficult? Why?

MR. BROWN

Every week-day Mr. Brown gets up at 6 o’clock, because his work starts early.

A lot of people work with him. On the table Mr. Brown has many telephones and a computer.

Mr. Brown has a secretary. The secretary helps him in his work: answers the telephone, puts the documents.

Mr. Brown is busy all day. He speaks to many people every day. He reads a lot of documents, gets many telephone messages.

During the day he gives many instructions and listens to many reports.
