Разработка урока по английскому языку для 5 класса по теме
«Наши любимые животные»
(с использованием Интернет-ресурсов)

Цель урока: подготовить учащихся к монологическому высказыванию о своем любимом животном.
Задачи:
Учебный аспект:
• закрепить лексический материал по теме «Животные»;
• применять ранее изученный материал в новых ситуациях общения;
• практиковать в восприятии речи на слух с опорой на наглядность;
• развивать навыки диалогической устной речи.
Развивающий аспект:
• развивать навыки разных видов речевой деятельности;
• развивать логическое мышление, внимание, память.
Воспитательный аспект:
•воспитывать любовь к животным, природе.
Оснащение урока:
мультимедийный проектор, экран, CD-player, CD с записью песни: «Can you swim like a fish», иллюстрации с изображением животных.

1.Организационный момент.
Тeacher - P1: How are you?
Pupil1: Fine, thanks.
Teacher- P2: What about you?
Pupil2: I’m fine, thank you. And you?
Teacher - Class: I’m fine too. Sit down, please. I hope you are ready to work hard at the lesson. As you guess today we’ll continue to talk about animals. We’ll also listen to your dialogues, а song and a story about pets. I believe the lesson will be interesting for you and you’ll enjoy it.
2. Teacher - First of all let`s remember all animals you know.
Pupil 1 - a cat
Pupil 2 – a dog ….
3. Teacher - Please, guess the riddles and match your answer with the picture on the blackboard. One picture is unnecessary. Listen to the riddles.
1. This animal lives in the forest. It’s neither big nor small. It likes to eat carrots and it is afraid of a fox and a wolf. This animal runs very fast. (A hare)
2. This animal is very big. It is grey and sometimes white. It has a trunk. It lives in India and Africa. It likes to eat leaves and grass. (An elephant)
3. This animal lives at home or in the street. It is a man’s friend. It can run, but it can’t fly and climb. It is very clever and friendly. (A dog)
4. This animals lives in the river or near the water. It is green. It can jump and swim, but it can neither run nor climb. (A frog)
5. This animal is red and sly. It likes hens, cocks, hares and ducks. It lives in the forest. (A fox)
6. It is grey. It can run and jump. It is very small. It likes bread and cheese. It lives in the house and in the fields. (A mouse)

4. Teacher - Fill in the table on the blackboard. (The pupils do this exercise in their exercise-books, one pupil does it on the blackboard).

10. Teacher - In some minutes you will watch and listen to a story about a family Good. They want to adopt a pet at the Animal Shelter. Can you guess what pet they want to take?

11. Teacher - You`ve listened to a story twice and you can say who wants to take these pets.
