I. Введение

Правовое воспитание-это целенаправленная деятельность по передаче правовой культуры, осознания роли правовых знаний в будущем. Данное внеклассное мероприятие может стать занятием или классным часом в рамках изучения предмета «Иностранный язык». Участники делятся на две команды. Игра состоит из шести  конкурсов.

Целевая аудитория – обучающиеся колледжа.

Цели: Создать условия для углубления и расширения уровня правовых знаний обучающихся

1. Обучающая:

- закреплять лексику  по теме «Право» на английском  языке; активизировать термины по данной теме в речи.

Развить:

- умение грамотно использовать в своей речи специальные юридические термины применительно к конкретной ситуации; развивать смекалку; аналитические способности.

2. Воспитать:

- воспитывать уважение к закону, нормам коллективной жизни.

ХОД МЕРОПРИЯТИЯ

The first  team:

It is one of Christie's most famous and long-running characters, appearing in 33 novels. He was hardly more than five feet four inches but carried himself with great dignity. His head was exactly the shape of an egg, and he always perched it a little on one side. His moustache was very stiff and military. Even if everything on his face was covered, the tips of moustache and the pink-tipped nose would be visible. The neatness of his attire was almost incredible; I believe a speck of dust would have caused him more pain than a bullet wound. Yet this quaint dandified little man who, I was sorry to see, now limped badly, had been in his time one of the most celebrated members of the Belgian police.

The second  team:

The phrase "Elementary, my dear Watson" has become one of the most quoted and iconic aspects of the character. However, although this man often observes that his conclusions are "elementary", and occasionally calls Watson "my dear Watson", the phrase "Elementary, my dear Watson" is never uttered in any of the sixty stories by Conan Doyle

The smuggler mystery

Every day a man used to cross the border on a motorycle with two bags of sand.

The border officers got a tip that the man is a smuggler.

They checked him and found that he only carried sand.

As they could not find any evidence, they allowed him to cross the border.

What was the man smuggling?

Answer: He was smuggling motorcycles.

The second  team:

Truck driver riddle

A truck driver is going down a one way street the wrong way, and passes a policeman.

Why is he not caught?

Answer: Because he was not driving, he was walking on the sidewalk.

Заключение

Высокий уровень правовой и нравственной культуры – необходимое условие развития общества. Российское образование призвано уделять должное внимание повышению культуры подрастающего поколения. Внеклассное мероприятие ««Правовая культура молодежи» будет способствовать достижению данной цели.
