- What is your name?

Good morning, my name is Maria.
- Where are you from?

I am from Ulyanovsk, the native city of Vladimir Lenin.
- How old are you?

I am 22 year old.
- Could you say a few words about your education?

I am a graduate of Ulyanovsk Teacher Training University, faculty of foreign languages. My special subjects are French and English.
- Could you tell about you working experience?

I've had a job every summer since I was 18 years old.  I started my working experience in summer camp on the Black Sea coast. And then I worked at school as French teacher.
- Why would you like to be a flight attendant?

Because it’s a great opportunity to see the world around me, master my language (my both languages), communicate with interesting people, and realize my old dream. I think every girl dreams to become a FA one day. And now my dream can come true.
- What do you know about this profession?

Well, FA provides passengers with comfort and safety. But in the same time FA is a waitress, hostess, babysitter, doctor, fireman, guard and actress.
- What do you know about the duties of flight attendants?

Flight attendants are responsible for the safety and personal comfort of airline passengers. They greet passengers as they board, check their tickets, direct them to their seats, and help them with their coats and small luggage. Then they demonstrate safety procedures, check that safety belts are fastened when necessary; serve drinks and meals; and answer passengers' general questions. They are also trained to provide first aid in emergency caces.
- What do you think about advantages and disadvantages of this profession?

This job gives me many benefits. I can fly high, I can travel, I can visit different countries and meet many people.  But I can't have a "real relation" because I will be never home, I have to deal with very anger people if their flight is delayed, I have to wear heels for hours. The main disadvantage is health problems, I think, but this job is worth this sacrifice.
- Do you like travelling? 

Yes, of course, I do.
- How often do you usually travel? 

Every year I try to visit my grand parents in Siberia and in Moscow. Last autumn I was in France, Germany, Poland and Italy as tourist with my friends.
- What is your favourite destination?

It’s Europe, of course, and especially France (The Eiffel Tower, Elysian Fields, Louvre).
- How do you spend your free time?

I am fond of photography and horse riding. Two times a weak I go to the swimming pool. And I love to sleep very very much as every student does.
- What do you know about Transaero Airlines Company?

Transaero Airlines was the first private airline in the history of Russia. Transaero was the first in Russia to add modern foreign-made aircraft to its fleet, to provide an international standard of service on its domestic routes (in particular by introducing Business Class on domestic flights), to create a flexible system of fares and discounts, and to design and introduce frequent-flyer incentive programs. Transaero’ birthday was November 5, 1991. The general director is O. Pleshakova.

It’s 2 p.m. It’s a quarter to 4 (15.45).
- What time are we arriving in London?

We are arriving in London at 4 p.m. local time.
- Where is my seat?

Your seat is in the 2nd row in the middle (You have a window (aisle) seat in the 3rd row.) 
- What is the weather like today in Rome?

It is a beautiful day. It is warm/hot. The sun is shining. It is raining. It is a cloudburst/shower. The weather is unpredictable. The wind blows. It is overcast. After the rain there is a rainbow/
- How long is the flight to Madrid?

The flight to Madrid is about 4 hours. (Usually it takes 4 hours).
- How can I get to the city center from Domodedovo?

You can take a bus, taxi or Aeroexpress.
- Can I have a cup of tea, please?

Yes, of course, would you like some sugar and a piece of lime? May be would you like some juice?
- I'm getting married tomorrow.

Congratulations! I’m glad for you, sir!
- It's a bit cold in the cabin.

I’ll give you a blanket and a cup of hot tea.
- I've got a terrible toothache.

Can I offer you some pils? We have an aspirin.
- It's my first flight. I have never flown before. I'm very nervous. 

Don’t worry, Sir! Our crew is very mature and our pilot is an expert at his job, look at the window! Isn’t it beautiful landscape? Enjoy your flight and call me if you’ll need something.
- What do you have for aperitif?

We have a good French wine, whiskey and champeign.
- I'm allergic to fish, do you have anything else?

Yes, of course, we have chicken or beef.
- What do you have for lunch?

Today our dinner includes meat (chicken or beef) or fish, a salad or vegetable, a small bread roll, and a dessert.
- I'd like to buy this perfume. How much is it?

It’s 50 dollars.
