Название Holidays in the UK

Цель: расширение лингвострановедческий знаний; формирование интереса к стране изучаемого языка.

Задачи:
Образовательные: познакомить обучающихся с культурой страны изучаемого языка, отработка и закрепление лексики по теме “Holidays”;

Развивающие: развивать лексические навыки, навыки аудирования, чтения, говорения;

Воспитательные: воспитывать уважительное отношение к культуре другой страны.

Оборудование: ноутбук, проектор, видео “Holidays in Britain” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfmlzbXLhLs , раздаточные материалы (Preparation task, Task 1, Task 2), презентация Quiz “Holidays in the UK”.

Ход занятия

Учитель: Hello, boys and girls.

Ученики: Hello, teacher.

Учитель: I’m really glad to see you. Sit down, please.

Tell me, please, what types of holidays do you know? How can you spend your holiday?

Ученики: Go to the sea, to another country, summer camp.

Учитель: Right! And do you know how people in the UK spend their summer holidays? Where do they go? When do they have their holidays?

Ученики: No, we don’t.

Учитель: Today we will find out.

Before we watch the video let's do the preparation task.
