      Hello! I’m a mother! Hello! I’m a father! He’s a grandpa. She’s a grandma. Her eyes are blue. His eyes are green. My eyes are brown. My hair is fair. His hair is dark. It’s a sad clown. Magician likes sandwiches. His mouth is small. His eyes are big.  His nose is red. I like burgers. Yummy! I like a ballerina, a toy soldier and a jack-in-the-box.

Reading for the 3rd form.

     Look at me and my family tree! Grandma and Grandpa, you see! Mum and Dad his brother and me and our new little sister! Chicken with vegetables, ice cream and chocolate, water and lemonade, pizza with cheese on it! Eggs in my sandwiches, burgers with chips: these are just some of my favourite things! We’ve got some eggs, but we haven’t got any chicken. We’ve got some milk, but we haven’t got any ice cream. We’ve got some carrots and potatoes, but we need some apples and some bananas. Look! This is my elephant and that’s my rocking horse. This is my tea set! Whose is this musical box? It’s mums! Computer, TV, radio, armchair, lamp and bed. My desk is blue and yellow and my chair is green and red! What can crawl? A spider can! What can fly? A bird can! What can jump? A rabbit can! What can swim? A seahorse can! How old is Chuckles? He’s eleven! Molly is fourteen. Peter is thirty. Tom is fifty six. This is my house, it’s number two. There’s a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen too! Chuckles is in the car! Lulu is in front of the car! Larry is behind a tree! The ball is under the table!

The wood is cool. Goldilocks can walk in the wood on her way home. Excuse me, where is the Animal Hospital? It’ in Bridge Street.  Excuse me, where is the station? It’ in New Street.   Excuse me, where is the theatre? It’ in Mill Road.  Excuse me, where is the Post Office? It’ in Pine Road. You have to wear a uniform.  He has to get up early every morning. Aunt Polly is a mechanic. She works at a garage in Stonebridge. Aunt Polly wears a uniform when she works. She fixes cars.  A lot of people take their cars to her garage. I think my aunt Polly is great! Can you pass me  the lemon, the beans, the mango, and the coconut, please? Sure! Here you are!  Can I have a packet of buiscits, please! Yes, of course. Here you are. That’s one pound nine pence, please.    Can I have a kilo of potatoes, please! Yes, of course. Here you are. That’s 2 pounds fifteen pence, please.
