Аннотация.
При подготовке и проведении Хохряковских чтений было выявлено, что далеко не все учащиеся нашей школы хорошо знакомы с биографией В. Х. Хохрякова. По результатам анкетирования хуже всех обстояли дела в 7-8 классах. В ходе беседы по данной теме с учащимися 8 «в» класса, у ребят появилось желание сделать презентацию о В. Х. Хохрякове на английском языке. Тем самым они углубили свои знания по данной теме и представили возможность учащимся 7х – 8х классов познакомиться с биографией В. Х. Хохрякова на уроках английского языка.
Этапы работы над проектом:
- Знакомство с экспозицией
мемориального музея, материалами экскурсии;
2) Определение формы презентации;
3) Распределение ролей в проектной
группе;
4) Анализ языкового материала, работа со
словарями, обобщение собранных
материалов, отбор необходимой
информации;
5) Создание мультимедийной презентации;
6) Презентация проекта.

1. School #57 was named after V.Kh. Khokhryakov, an outstanding teacher and educator of the 19th century, in 2001. He was also well-known as the first Lermontov’s biographer, a researcher of local lore and a public figure.
2. Vyatka (now Kirov) is a home-town of V.Kh. Khokhryakov. He was christened in this church, which was built in the 17th century.

From 1847 till 1851 V.Kh. Khokhryakov studied here. He was a student at the faculty of general literature.
