     I.  Начало урока

Цель: организовать класс на активную работу на уроке.

a) организационный момент

- Good morning children. I’m ever so glad to see you. Who is on duty today?

- I think you are ready to be active and do your best, don't you?

- At first I’d like to remember our last lesson. What did we speak about?

- Let’s continue our work with different kinds of food.

b) фонетическая зарядка

- Now let’s practice our pronunciation. At home you revised our learned words in the ex. 31 p. 132. Please, listen and repeat them after the speaker.

 - Can you tell me some international words from this exercise? You see, that we use them in Russian and English and understand them, so we learn English easily.

c) речевая зарядка

- Pupils, look at the board and tell me, please, how can we name this group of words? (food) – (Слайд 1)

- What do you like to eat in your family? (Слайд 2) What do you like to eat in the morning?

- What food can we use to cook pizza? soup? fried meat with potatoes? -

(Слайд 3)

- Do you remember phrases to be made from/of? Can we use them here?

II.  Проверка домашнего задания

Цель: закрепить грамматическое явление to be made from/of и активизировать его употребление в собственной речи

   - At home you did ex. 37,38p.67. Let’s check it, remembering our grammar material.

  - And now, please, sum up all ideas, looking on the board. – (Слайд 4)

III.  Основная часть

1. I этап – постановка проблемы

Цель: совершенствовать умения отвечать на вопросы и работать с текстом, построенном на знакомом языковом материале

- Pupils, our today theme is – Is a holiday a special day? Do you agree with me?

- At this lesson we’re going to continue our work with a big project -Cookery Book. After next lessons we’ll finish it, working in groups and individually.

- Let’s remember typical English holidays, looking at the board.    

- What do we usually do during these holidays? What do you do in your family? (Слайд 5)

-  Will you remember our poem “Helping mother” and present it?

2. дополнительный сбор информации

- Now we are going to learn more about these holidays. And I have some interesting tasks for you.

-  I would like Danil and Tanya read some texts and learn more information to tell other pupils, filling the table.

-  And I know that you like different holidays. Let’s learn what your favourite one is. Look at the cards before you and ask each other and our guests about their opinion.

- Boys and girls, are you ready? Sum up your results. So, what are the most popular holidays among you? (карточки на доске)

- Now, pupils, imagine that we're going to celebrate these holidays. Raise your hands who likes Christmas, Mother’s day,… please, make three groups, get ready to our work.

     III.  Физкультминутка

2. II этап – организация и выполнение проекта

Цель: совершенствовать умения работать в группах над проектом, с информацией

- Now I want Danil and Tanya to tell us their information. Listen and write down some necessary information in your papers. (Слайд 6)

- Just imagine, we don’t have a lot of money to buy expensive presents, but we can help our mothers to cook smth. unusual. I give you 5 min. to make the menu for your holiday. You should write down only names of your dishes and indegrients. Try to make it interesting and don’t forget to present your works to the rest. Let’s start… (Слайд 7)

      3. III этап  - презентация проекта

Цель: совершенствовать умения отстаивать свою точку зрения при защите проекта.

- Your time is up. Please, come to the board and present your ideas. Let’s begin with the first group….

- Your ideas are great. All our works will be put in the Cookery Book at the end of our project.

    IV. Подведение итогов

- Children, tell me please, what have you learnt during our lesson? (Слайд 8)

- What have we done today?

- Do you think that a holiday is a special day?

- Thank you for your work. Your marks…

     V. Домашнее задание

     - Your homework will be to write the recipe about how we can cook these dishes. Choose one or two dishes.
