Урок-ролевая игра в 6 классе “ Home. Sweet home”

     Цели урока:

1. повышение  познавательного  интереса к иностранному языку в процессе игры

2. вести беседу в соответствии с учебной ситуацией по теме

3. развитие навыков восприятия речи на слух по теме

4. воспитание культуры общения

5.развитие навыков межкультурной коммуникации

6.тренировка лексики по теме

7. закрепление грамматической конструкции о нахождении предмета в каком-либо месте в настоящем простом и прошедшем временах

     Оборудование: магнитофон, картинки с изображением дома и комнат, предметы домашнего обихода, раздаточный материал по лексике и грамматике, грамматическая таблица “There is(was)/are(were)”, таблица с предлогами.

     План урока:

1.Организационный момент. Приветствие. Сообщение целей и хода урока

2. Фонетическая разминка

3.Тренировка лексики по теме

4.Разыгрывание диалогов «На кухне», «В старом доме»

5.Грамматика

6.Разыгрывание диалога «В комнате» 1 часть.

7.Физкультминутка.

8. Аудирование с общим пониманием содержания.

9.Разыгрывание диалога « В комнате» 2 часть

10. Тренировка навыков чтения с поиском детальной информации.

11.Подведение итогов. Развитие навыков письма и межкультурной коммуникации (в

случае, если останется время)

Ход урока:

     1.Организационный момент. Приветствие. Сообщение целей и хода урока:

                    Good-morning,

                    Good- morning to you.

                    Good-morning dear teacher,

                    We are glad to see you too.

Teacher:      -Sit down, please.

Teacher: Come to the blackboard and answer the questions:

1.What date is it today?

2.Who day is it today?

Teacher: Thank you. Sit down, please. You will help me during the lesson.

My dear friends! Today we are going to have an unusual lesson, a role-game. We’ll sing, act out the dialogues, read, revise grammar ,words, listen to our foreign guests, do exercises.

     2. Фонетическая разминка.

Teacher: First of all let’s begin with the phonetics. Repeat after me : [h- ð-ө-t-d-r-w-a:]. Now let’s sing our song “Hellо-Hello». With the help of our song we’ll greet our guests.

Hello, hello! It's nice to meet you.

 Goodbye, goodbye! It's time to go.

Hello, hello! It's nice to meet you.

Goodbye, goodbye! It's time to go.

You are there and I am here.

You are far and then you are near.

You see me and say 'Hello!'

But then 'Goodbye! It's time to go'

     3.Тренировка лексики по теме

Teacher: Very good. Thank you. Today we’ll have an excursion around the house one family has just moved to. Let’s meet the Davydovs.

-Hello, my name is Dasha.I’m a mother.

-Hello, my name is Sasha. I’m a father.

-Hello, my name is Zhenya. I’m a son.

-Hello, my name is Sonya. I’m a daughter.

All together: Nice to meet you. Pupils: Nice to meet you too.

Well, now you know all the members of the family.

As for you, you’ll be their neighbours.( остальному классу)

Before we begin аn excursion around the Davydovs’ house let’s revise some words on the topic “ Home. Sweet Home” Please give out the cards.(обращаясь к дежурному ученику) On your cards you can see different letters. Your task is to put letters in the correct order to make up the words. (Каждый ученик получает карточку с набором букв, задача-расставить буквы в правильном порядке, чтобы получилось слово. Все карточки пронумерованы. Учитель называет число-ученик произносит слово. На доске будут находиться ответы. С каждым ответом учитель открывает слово.)

     4.Разыгрывание диалогов «На кухне», «В старом доме»(даны примерные диалоги)

Teacher:Well done!Now it’ time to visit the Davydovs. Mother Dasha, invite your guests.

Dasha: Julia and Misha, would you like to see my kitchen?

Julia and Misha: Certainly!

In the Kitchen

Dasha: Hello!

Julia and Misha: Hello!

Julia: We see you have a wonderful kitchen.

Misha: What is there in it?

Dasha: My old kitchen wasn’t comfortable. And now as you see there is a cooker, running water, a refrigerator and a table.

Julia /Misha: It’s great!

Teacher: Thank you. Very good. The people who live in the street where our family lives are friendly and sociable. And I’m sure Roma and Zhenya want to visit the Davydovs too. Please, Sasha, invite them!

The Old House.

Sasha: Oh,hello!

Roma and Zhenya: Hello!

S.: Have a sit. Tea or coffee?

Zh: Tea,please.( Саша разливает чай) Thank you.

R : As far as I know you have just moved to this house. How did your old house look like?

S: There were only two rooms- a bedroom and a living-room  and of course there was a kitchen and a bathroom. It wasn’t cosy at all.

Zh.: Oh, we see.

R.: It was small. And what about this house?

S.: Oh, it’s great! There are three bedrooms, one living-room and a dining-room.

R/Zh: You are lucky!

     5.Грамматика

Teacher: Thank you. Very good. We’ll return to the Davydos after we  revise grammar. First, look at the blackboard and revise there is(was)/are(were) structure and prepositional phrases.

Give out the cards, please. ( обращаясь к дежурному)

(задача детей-заполнить пропуски глаголами в нужной форме и предлогами места в соответствии с картинкой. На задание дается 2-3 минуты, после чего учащиеся проверяют ответы вместе с учителем. Работа проходит в парах)

Sonya: Here we are. This is my house.

Masha: Oh, it’s great!

Sonya: This is my brother’s bedroom.

Kristina: Wow! And where is your bedroom?

Sonya: Here. In my old house there wasn’t my own room. That’s why I’m very happy my parents have bought a new house.

Kristina and Masha: Oh, that’s cool!

Very good girls. Thank you.

     7.Физкультминутка.

Now it’s time to have a rest. Let’s dance to music and do some exercises.

     8. Аудирование с общим пониманием содержания. Развитие межкультурной коммуникации.

As you can see there are a lot of guests at our lesson. Three of them came from different countries-Italy, Armenia and France. It’s unbelievable but Valerie, Elya and Siranush know three languages. Russian, English and their native languages. Today they are here to tell you about the houses from their countries. Your task is to listen to them , guess what they will tell about and answer their questions. Don’t be afraid! Girls’ pictures will help you.

Valerie: Hello, my dear friends! My name is Valerie. I’m from France. It’s my first visit to Russia. In France people live in separate flats. They are not big. There is a living-room, two bedrooms and a kitchen. In the living-room there is a round table, chairs, a carpet, many flowers and pictures on the walls.

Now answer my questions, please:

1.Do people in France live in the houses or in flats?

2.Is there a dining-room there?

3. What is there in typical French living-room?

Siranush: Hello, boys and girls. My name is Siranush. I’m very glad to meet you. In my country people live in big houses. There is a dining-room, a kitchen, a bathroom. Every member of the family has got a bedroom. People prefer to have meal in the dining-room than in the kitchen.

 Now answer my questions, please:

1.Do people in Armenia live in the houses?

2.Are there bedrooms in the houses?

3. Where do Armenian people have dinner?

Elya: Hello, boys and girls. My name is Elya. I’m from Italy. In Italy people prefer living in the houses. There is one or two bedrooms, a living-room and a kitchen. In the kitchen there are many modern conveniences: a mixer, a microwave oven a juicer and so on. In Italy there is warm climate that’s why many houses haven’t got central heating.

Now answer my questions, please:

1. Do people in Italy prefer living in the houses?

2. How many rooms are there in Italian houses?

3. Are there many modern conveniences in the kitchen?

(Трудность задания заключается в том, что девочки говорят на языках стран, которые они представляют, но свои рассказы они сопровождают картинками по теме. Если после первого рассказа возникнут трудности, то можно ограничиться одним рассказом, остальные же рассказать на последующих уроках. Либо можно первый раз описать дома в странах на национальных языках, а второй раз то же самое на английском)

     9.Разыгрывание диалога « В комнате» 2 часть

Teacher: Thank you very much1 You’ve done very well. The task was really difficult! But don’t forget about the Davydovs. There is one more member of the family who hasn’t invited his friends yet.

Zhenya,invite your guests, please. 

Zhenya: This is my living-room.

Artiem: It looks comfortable.

Stas: I agree. Look! There is a DVD player! Was there a DVD player in your old house?

Zhenya: No, there wasn’t. Video only.

Anton: Oh, I see you have got a piano.

Stas: Do you play it?

Zhenya: No, I don’t. My sister plays the piano.

Anton: ( разглядывая фотографию Сони) Oh, she looks pretty!

     10. Тренировка навыков чтения с поиском детальной информации.

Teacher: Thank you very much! You have acted out the dialogues great! Now it’s time to read. Open your Readers at page 18. Exersise 1. Can you read the task, please?

Pupils: People live in different houses but a lot of British people live in a typical house.

What does a typical British house look like? Fill in the table.

Well, my dear boys and girls, our lesson gets up to the end. But one more thing. Valerie, Elya and Siranush would like to be your pen-friends. Of course we don’t have enough time to write a letter. But they left addresses of their English houses. I think they are written wrong. Let’s correct them and write addresses down on the envelops I’ll give you out.(имитация конвертов)

Before we begin let’s revise the way the British write their address.

Well, now write down the addresses.

 Диалоги в конспекте урока даны примерные. Поскольку этот урок - ролевая игра, учащиеся могли составить диалоги и дома. Но школьники заучивали не готовые диалоги, а сочиняли свои по следующей схеме:
