Hello, children! I’m glad to see you! Sit down, please.

What is the weather like today? What is the date? What day of the week is it today?

We’ll start our lesson with the phonetic drill. Look at the screen. We’ll work with the sound [æ]. Repeat after me: æ, æ, æ. Ok, listen to me: Ted had Dad’s hat on his head. Who can translate this rhyme? Now let’s read it all together. Now let’s read it line by line, one by one. Who wants to read the whole rhyme?

What did you do on the last lesson? What tense did you learn?

Today we will repeat some grammar material, you will know new information about some country and we will play the game.

Now we will do some exercise with Past Simple and Present Perfect tenses.

Look at the screen. The first exercise is matching. Where is the Pr. Perfect and where is the Past Simple.

She made the cake yesterday

I have never sung to my little brother"

The next exercise is fill in the gaps.

In next exercise you should look at the picture and make up the sentences in Pr. Simple.

Look at the screen. In this exercise you should find the mistakes and make correct sentences.

Ok, now we need some rest. Stand up, and repeat after me, we’ll dance the “Soko bachi”.

Now look at the screen. What is it? What country is it? Now we will know some new information about this beautiful country!

Now open your books on page 51 and do exercise №5b in pairs. You can start.

Look at the two maps Russia and Canada. How big is Canada? Canada is the second biggest country in the world after Russia.

What is the capital of Canada? Find it on the map.

What can you see on the flag of Canada? What colors you can see on the flag?

What is the language in Canada? In some Canadian cities people speak French. For example, in Montreal people speak French.

Now we will see the video about Canada and Canadian country. Look at the screen. After watching you will tell me about Canadian nature.

What did you see on this video? Have Canada the very beautiful nature?

Now open your books on page 51 and do exercise №5b. You can start.
