-Let’s continue our lesson with a phonetic drill. Today we are going to practice the sound [ i ]. Look at me and repeat after me: [ i ]– all together, [ i ], [ i ].
-Now look at the screen.  Here you can see a poem.  Listen to me very carefully. I will read it:
This is a big green frog.
This is a big white dog.
This is a big grey bat.
This is a big black cat.
-Let’s translate it. P1, please. (Это большая зеленая лягушка. Это большая белая собака. Это большая серая летучая мышь. Это большой черный кот). Thank you.
-Now let’s read the words with the sound [i]:
      This - all together, is, big, this, is, big, this, is, big, this, is, big.
-Read this poem line by line after me:
      This is a big green frog. – all together, This is a big white dog. This is a big grey bat. This is a big black cat.
-Now you are to read sentence by sentence one by one.

- At home you learned the irregular verbs. Now I'll give you cards. You should fill in the table. I give you 5 minutes. Your time is up. Hand in the cards.

-Children, today we have a very interesting lesson. But first of all, look at the picture and say whom can you see? (Посмотрите на картинку и скажите, кого вы видите?)
- What do you think is the theme of the lesson today?
- Yes, the theme of our lesson is: “animals world”. Какую цель вы поставите перед собой?  (Узнать новые слова по теме «Животные Мира».)

-Children, look at the screen. Listen to me and repeat after me:

- Open your books at 62 page, ex. 2 a).

- Now listen to the puzzles and guess them.
- Who is drawn in the first picture? (A sheep is drawn in the first picture.)

- Who is drawn in the second picture? (A polar bear is drawn in the second picture.)
- Who is drawn in the third picture? (A wolf is drawn in the third picture.)
