для учащихся 10 класса по теме:
«Здоровое питание и здоровье»

Методическое обоснование.
Согласно тематического планирования разработанный урок является 9 уроком по теме: «Здоровое питание и здоровье».
Тип урока: урок повторения и закрепления изученного материала.
Цель данного урока - совершенствование навыков аудирования, лексическо-грамматических навыков устной. Урок нацелен на совершенствование у учащихся умения вести дискуссию с применением фраз-клише речевого этикета с целью их практического использования во время проведения ролевой игры. Развивается умение сконцентрировать внимание, проанализировать полученную информацию, высказать свое суждение по данному вопросу.
В ходе урока учитываются индивидуальные психологические особенности обучающихся, реализованные за счет внедрения современных информационно-коммуникационных технологий, личностно-ориентированного подхода, здоровьесберегающих технологий.
Методическая цель урока: показать методику применения элементов технологии креативного мышления на этапе формирования коммуникативных навыков.
Цели урока:
учебные:
- формирование речевой и социокультурной компетентности учащихся;
- совершенствовать лексические навыки монологической и диалогической речи по теме: «Здоровье и здоровое питание»;
развивающие:
-развивать мотивационную сферу обучаемых;
-повышать интерес к изучению английского языка;
-формировать умения анализировать, обобщать;
-развивать у учащихся умения творческого мышления, готовности к коммуникации;
воспитательные:
- развивать способность учащихся выслушивать чужую точку зрения и умело аргументировать свою;
-воспитывать способность взаимодействовать в группе и в паре;
-формировать качества личности (взаимопомощь, усидчивость, самостоятельность).
Методы и приемы работы: словесный (беседа), практические (задание на аудирование), имитационные методы активного обучения (ролевая игра, диалог в паре), индуктивный метод, рефлексия.
Учебные технологии: элементы технологии креативного мышления, элементы коммуникативной и ИКТ технологий, технологии коллективного взаимодействия, учебно-игровой технологии, здоровье сберегающей технологии.
Межпредметные связи: ИКТ, биология.
Метапредметные связи: умение осознанно использовать речевые средства в соответствии с задачей коммуникации для выражения своих чувств и мыслей.
Оборудование: О.В.Афанасьева, Дж. Дули, И. В. Михеева «Английский в фокусе» 10 класс, мультимедийное оборудование, учебная презентация, таблички на доску, презентация учащегося.

2.Создание целевой установки. 1) Now let’s start our lesson. Look at the blackboard and read the following Hippocrates’s quotation, please, and try to define the topic of our lesson today. “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” (стадия «Вызов») Do you know any English proverbs related to the topic of our lesson? As for me, I know such a proverb: “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. And you? Now let’s make acquaintance with the plan of our lesson and define the goals for today’s work. 2) As you have already said the topic of our lesson is “Food and Health” Let’s see what are your association connected to the word “Food”. Listen to the song and think of some adjectives connected to this word and some nouns related to the word “Health”. Let’s write these adjectives and nouns on the blackboard. Well. Thank you and now let us define the word “Health” letter by letter. H - healthy E- eating A- always L- lifestyle T- training H – happy Now, look at this cluster. What conclusion can we make according to these words? (метод «Кластер» и «Синквейн») Right you are! Our health is very important nowadays. 3. Активизация лексического материала по теме. As far as today, we talk about food and its influence on our health, let’s remember main group of products and fill in this table. I’m sure, you know that each group of products has its own colour and influence our health and body differently. However, in what way can you tell me? 1) Vegetables of what colour get you moving? 2) How does carrot influence your health? 3) What products help you to stay happy? 4) How do cucumbers influence your health? 5) What about a blueberry? 6) What purple products make you happy? Well, I see have deep knowledge of the subject. 4. Учебно-ролевая игра. Now let’s work in groups: 1) The first group represents a sportsman on the eve of competition. 2) The second group represents a student on the eve of the difficult exam. Work in groups and decide what you will eat before these important events and make up a short two-minute talk. You’ll have 3 minutes. (метод «РАФТ») While students in groups are doing their tasks, listen to the report of our expert “Rainbow of Food” Now let’s check the task given to the groups. First of all, let’s listen to the student on the eve of his competition. You are welcome! Now the sportsman is going to present his story. 5. Физминутка. Now let’s rest a little and make a quiz. 6. Совершенствование навыков диалогической речи. I know, students, that you are true friends and always ready to help each other in troubles. Make up short dialogues in pairs and try to give your friend some useful advice. 7. Совершенствование навыков аудирования: As we see, modern teenagers are worried so much about their health nowadays. Now listen to the interview of the expert on teen’s health and fitness Claire Martin and choose the right answer to the questions. You‘ll have some seconds to look through the questions. Now we are ready to start. 8. Совершенствование навыков монологической речи: You know that our health is above wealth. Therefore, the leading staff of our school pays much attention to it. Today a nasty virus of the flu is going across our country but our students look wealthy and healthy. Why? Can you answer my question? 9. Активизация изученного грамматического материала: “Conditionals”. Today we’ve got guests at the lesson. It seems to me that they also take care of their health. Let’s give them some advice. Please, complete the sentences and do it. Well-done! Thank you! 10. Рефлексия. -Let’s summarize the results of our lesson. 1) Did you like our lesson? Why? 2) What was interesting for? 3) Do you care about your health? And now, please, analyze your work at the lesson and try to give yourself a mark. III.Заключительная часть. Monday. -отвечают на вопросы учителя -читают высказывание известного известного греческого физиолога Гиппократа (высказывания учащихся: I think the topic of our lesson is …..); Учащиеся называют пословицы, которые знают: 1) Eat to live, not live to eat. 2) All happiness depends on a leisurely breakfast. 3) He, who has health, has hope; and he who has hope has everything. 4) Bread today is better than cake tomorrow. 5) Vegetables from your neighbor’s garden are always the best. 6) Eat well, drink in moderation, and sleep sound, in these three good health abound. - читают план урока и определяют цели; - читают план урока и определяют цели; -выходят к доске по очереди и записывают слова: healthy, unhealthy, tasty, tasteless, disgusting, junk, favourite - выходят и записывают на доске: diet, junk food, exercise, dish, boost, fruit, strength (To my mind …; I think that ….; In my opinion) Учащиеся записывают слова на доске по цепочке. Учащийся делает вывод: As far as I can see, we can make the following conclusion: if we always follow healthy lifestyle and train, we will be healthy and happy. As for me, I know such fruit as grapes, raspberries, mangoes, cherries, pineapple, apple. I know such vegetables as: broccoli, potatoes, aubergine, peppers, cucumbers, carrots. (fruit, vegetables, meat & poultry, dairy products, seafood & fish, fats & sweets, drinks) etc. Учащиеся отвечают на вопросы учителя. I think vegetables … . etc.
Учащиеся работают в группах составляют диалоги, затем представляют диалоги у доски. Учащийся выступает с докладом по теме. Учащиеся просматривают видео и отвечают на вопросы. Работают в парах. Situations: 1) I’m underweight! 2) I seem to get ill very often! 3) I’m always so tired! 4) My skin is so dry these days! Учащиеся прослушивают звукозапись и записывают ответы. Взаимопроверка. Учащийся рассказывает о том, как организовано питание в школьной столовой 1) If I were you, I would eat less chocolate. 2) If you don’t have breakfast, you won’t have an opportunity to concentrate. 3) You will lose weight if you exercise more. 4) It you don’t eat a lot of sweets, your teeth will be healthy. 5) If you don’t eat junk food, you will never be overweight. 6) I wish you had less health problems. 7) If you eat a lot of ice cream, you will be healthy. Work in groups:
1) Taking part in any competition needs a lot of energy and strength. You should be fit and in a good shape. It’s very important for a sportsman. I am a football player and on the eve of any competition I pay a lot of attention to what I eat. As far as I know, red food get you moving when you really need it the most. Such foods as tomatoes, red apples, watermelons and strawberries are useful for me now. What is more, eating foods of this group will protect me from any disease. I don’t want to miss my chance and win a medal.

2) As for me, I’ll have an exam on English tomorrow. This exam is not an easy one. I must not only have got good skills in listening, reading, grammar and word formation but also must speak skillfully, without mistakes and fluently. Therefore, I have got butterflies in my stomach. To overcome this problem I prefer eating orange foods like mangoes, oranges and peaches the day before the examination. These foods are brain foods and they will help me to keep my mind on things, which are necessary and really improve my power of concentration.

The Expert’s Report:
We should have healthy eating habits to prevent us from getting ill by making sure we get all the vitamins and minerals that are essential for good health. A fun way to do this is to follow a rainbow diet, to eat lots of fruit and vegetables in all the colours of a rainbow. If you do this, you will find that red foods such as strawberries, raspberries, apples, tomatoes and so on will give you an energy boost and protect you from many serious illnesses. Orange food such as oranges, pumpkins, peaches and mangoes can improve your power of concentration, help your eyesight and help to fight off infections because they contain vitamin C. Yellow food such as bananas, lemons and pineapples help us to stay happy and green foods like broccoli and lettuce can help us to relax and stay calm. Blue foods like blueberries can smooth our emotions as well as our bodies. Finally, purple foods such as figs and plums are said to make people more creative as well as help to keep them looking young! For all these reasons, I think eating a rainbow diet is a good idea and we should all start today – after all- what have we got to lose?

Suvorovites and a Healthy Living Guide.
1. As far as you have already known, we study at Suvorov Military School and so we often march on the drill. It makes us strong and hardy. Every morning all suvorovites do morning exercises even when the weather is bad. Some of us wash with cold water. It helps us to avoid different illnesses.
2. We have three physical training lesson a week and participate in different competitions.
3. We all have extracurricular physical activity after main lessons. Some suvorovites of our company are skillful football players. And now the main question: what helps us to be the best?
4. We have been studying at Suvorov Military School for 6 years and all these years we have been going to our military canteen. As usual, we’ve got 4 meals a day: breakfast in the morning at 8; lunch in the afternoon at 13.15; tea time at 16.40 p.m. and dinner in the evening at 7.30.
5. There’s so much food to choose in our canteen, so we’ve got a choice what to eat. It’s all cooked well too and it looks really nice on the plates. There are three different meals for us to choose every day. As everybody knows, healthy food is defined as a balanced diet that contains all the nutrients necessary for the body. Therefore, our school food bag consists of five groups of nutrients, which are cereals and their products, vegetables, fruits, meat and poultry and their products and dairy products.
6. All these help us to be healthy, strong and active. Our motto is: “Good health is a strong energetic body and mind working together challenging the world and being challenged by the world”.
