He bought a new car yesterday.  – A new car was bought by him  yesterday

He has broken a new  vase. – The vase has just been broken.        

They will ask me to come soon. – I will be asked to come soon.

They offered me a new job yesterday.  – I was offered a new job yesterday/ A new job was offered to me yesterday.
