Is reading important?	Yes, it is. I’m sure, reading is important because it helps to broaden the mind and develop imagination. Books are our best teachers and friends because they have the power to educate and entertain us. Also books teach us to be kind, clever and understand other people.
What kind of books do you like to read?	As for me, when I have free time I read different types of books such as adventures, humorous stories, poetry, novels, fairy tales.
Who is your favourite writer?	My favourite writer is….
How often do you borrow books from the library?	I rarely/often borrow books from the library. I go there when I need a book from the school list . Also I go to the school library when I can’t find the necessary book in the Internet or in our home library.
Why do you think teenagers are reading less and less now?	Reading becomes less popular with many teenagers because they prefer getting all the information they need from television, radio, and the Internet. Reading as a hobby was replaced by playing video games or spending time on social networking sites.
Why do many people prefer e-books to paper books?	Nowadays a lot of people prefer e-books to paper books and I’m not the exception.I think that e-books are so popular with readers because they are easy to use as they are light, compact and can store up to thousands of pages. Besides, the bright backlight gives you an opportunity to read in the dark.

3. Regular reding enriches your knowledge of the world and helps to form your entire personality.

4. However, reading becomes less popular with many teenagers.

5. They prefer getting all the information they need from television, radio, and the Internet.

6. Reading as a hobby was replaced by playing video games or spending time on social networking sites.

7. But I believe that it is rather sad that many people read much less nowadays.

8. I'm sure that reading is the best learning.

9. Personally, I get a lot of enjoyment out of reading books.

10. To my mind, books are our best teachers and friends because they have the power to educate and entertain us.

11. When I'm tired, I like reading detective stories and thrillers, adventures, humorous stories, poetry, novels.

12. When I want something more serious and educational, I take an encyclopedia or read some reference books.

13. I love reading when I travel, when I'm bored or just for relaxation.

14. Nowadays a lot of people prefer e-books to paper books and I’m not the exception.

15. I think that e-books are so popular with readers because they are easy to use as they are light, compact and can store up to thousands of pages.

16. Besides, e-books have a touch-sensitive screen which can be used to call up a dictionary, to increase the front size and even to add notes.

17. Moreover, the bright backlight gives you an opportunity to read in the dark.

18. No matter what kind of book you read, paper or e-book, I think our lives would be dull without books because reading, broadens our mind and entertains us.
