Llama llama red pajama Read Aloud lesson for Elementary level students.  Read aloud lesson promotes not only joy of reading, but also expands learner’s vocabulary, ability to think about main character’s emotions and actions. This book will lead to many opportunities to discuss and practice better strategies to handle emotions. It will help students to identify, label their emotions and develop their emotional vocabulary to express themselves. Students have an opportunity to engage with a high-quality text, within which they participate in a conversation with the teacher and with each other. Students are guided to make connections (text-to- text, text-to-self), raise questions (questioning) and draw conclusions about the text’s meaning (inferring). Students are encouraged to create a picture in their mind which enables them better to comprehend the story.
