ВНЕКЛАССНОЕ МЕРОПРИЯТИЕ ПО АНГЛИЙСКОМУ ЯЗЫКУ

ПЛАН   ВНЕКЛАССНОГО МЕРОПРИЯТИЯ ПО АНГЛИЙСКОМУ ЯЗЫКУ

Тема мероприятия: “Travelling to the English land”

Форма проведения: конкурс

Количество занятых учащихся: 12 человек.

Цели:

Практические цели:

- Активизация творческих способностей (подготовка диалога по теме)

Общеобразовательные цели:

   - расширение фоновых знаний учащихся (знакомство учащихся с достопримечательностями Лондона).

Развивающие цели:

-развитие памяти, мышления (выполнение заданий на поиск соответствий)

Воспитательные цели:

     - Повышение интереса к культуре страны изучаемого языка (использование новых культурологических фактов).

Связь мероприятия с учебным материалом:

Данное мероприятие проводится в рамках пройденного программного материала 5-го класса и базировалось на пройденной лексике.

Оснащение:

Компьютер, колонки, доска,  картинки.

Ход мероприятия:

Зал празднично украшен:

- название праздника;

- на доске картинки с достопримечательностями Англии;

- звучит  музыка, приветствие (3 мин);

- конкурс «The ABC game» (4мин);

 - конкурс (перевод с английского на русский) (3 мин);

 - конкурс («A magic 5»)  (8 мин);

-  конкурс «What do you know about Great Britain?» (4 мин);

-  конкурс «A tongue-twister» (2 мин);

- конкурс “ Dialogue” (4)

- Песня “Don’t worry” (8 мин);

- подведение итогов. Награждение победителей (4 мин);

- резерв. «Игра крокодил»

Задачи:

-повторить и систематизировать ранее изученный материал.

-формировать лексические и речевые навыки путём повторения материала в разнообразных видах деятельности

-развивать положительные личностные качества (ответственность, доброжелательность, чувство взаимопомощи).

-воспитывать уважение к культуре своей страны и стран изучаемого языка.

Ход мероприятия

Good day, children and our guests! I’m very glad to see you here. Now we shall organize a competition called “Travelling to the English land”. Two teams will take part in our game. They are the students of 5 form. Please, children go to the scene. It’s time to introduce yourselves. Who is the captain of the 1st team?

P1: I’m the captain of the team. The name of our team is “Erudites”. Our motto is “Enjoy English!”

-Who is the captain of the 2nd team?

P2: I’m the captain of the team. The name of our team is “Optimists”. Our motto is “Learn English!”.

      Well, now I offer to begin our competition. Today all of you have a good chance to improve your English during the game. Now I’m going to teach you how to play this game. The game has 7 contests, they are:

· The ABC game.

· A magic 5.

· What do you know about Great Britain?

· A tongue-twister.

· Dialogue

· Song.

Well, I wish you success. Be active, honest and helpful!

I. And now we come to the 1st contest of the game called “The ABC game”. Kids, you must guess a scrambled word.

- 6 буква алфавита ( F)

- 1 буква алфавита (А)

- 13 буква алфавита (M)

- 9 буква алфавита (I)

- 12 буква алфавита (L)

- 25 буква алфавита (Y)

Who will be the first will be winner in this contest.

II. When they work let is play a little with you. I will say the English words, you must translate them into Russian.

III. And now we come to the third contest which is called “A magic 5”. Look at the square, each team will take turns in answering questions. You’ll choose any number. “ …”, it’s your turn to start.

1. Say or sing the English alphabet.

2.  Name 5 English y American writers.

3.  Name 4 musical instruments.

4.  Name 5 sports.

5.  Name 5 professions.

6.  Name 5 pieces of furniture.

7.  Name 5 types of hobbies.

8.  Name 4 modern conveniences.

Let’s relax and sing the song «IF YOU'RE HAPPY AND YOU KNOW IT»  

IV. And now we remember what we know about Great Britain. You must answer my questions , the team which answers the first and correctly wins.:

- What is the capital of G.B.?

- What is the name of the queen?

- How many colors has the British flag? What are they?

- In the past this place served as a prison, but know it is the museum. (the Tower of London)

 - What is the home of the Queen? ( Buckingham Palace)

- What is Big Ben? (the largest clock in London.)

V.

The following task is for the rest . I need 1 pupil from each team. You should read the tongue-twister as quickly as you can 3 times.

-Put your head on your bed.

-Run round the playground

VI. One more contest. It’s called “Dialogue”. Each team must ask 4 questions and the other team must answer them and vice-versa.

VII- Now let’s listen to the song «Don’t worry. Be happy» Let’s relax.

Our competition go to the end. Do you like it? Now let’s sum up your stars. Who is a winner? My congratulation. But I think that in this competition the friendship won.
