There are many attractions in London – the capital of the UK

The most famous and popular are

Buckingham Palace – the working place of the Monarch. The British Kings and Queens live and work at this palace. It has more than 500 rooms and halls, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a garden. The palace is open to the public in summer.

The Palace of Westminster – the British Parliament sits at this great palace which has about 1000 rooms, many towers and great halls.

The palace is open to the public all year round

Big Ben – a tall clock tower at the Palace of Westminster. It is a symbol of London. It is the most famous clock tower in the world.

All tourists want to take pictures of this tower.

St Paul’s Cathedral – the most famous church in London, the cathedral is very old and beautiful.

London Eye -  the giant observation wheel in London, it is one of the most popular attractions in London. London Eye is the tallest observation wheel in the world.
