   My name is Alex. I am ten. I live in England. I go to school.  I like my school. I have got a lot of friends. We like to play football together. My favourite season is summer because it is hot and sunny. In summer I live on  the farm  with my granny. Her house is not very big. It’s red and white. We have four windows and three rooms. There is a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom in the house. There are two big armchairs, a table, a sofa and a TV in the living room. When  the weather is rainy we like to watch TV or to read in the living room. Kitty, our cat, likes to sleep on the carpet  at the fireplace. When the weather is sunny and fine  I like to go to the river with my friends. We swim and dive very much.  We also have picnics, play hide and sick and fly a kite.  I like to spend my holidays on the farm very much.

  In summer Tiny likes to visit his grandpa. He lives on a farm. He has got a big house. It is old but nice. There three bedrooms, a living room, a pantry, a large kitchen and a hall in the house.

  Every day Tiny helps his grandpa to clean the rooms and water the flowers. When it’s hot and sunny, Tiny likes to swim and to dive in the river. He likes to ride a horse, fly a kite and have a picnic with his grandpa.

When it’s rainy, he can draw pictures in his own room watch TV or read books in the living room. Sometimes he plays hide - and – seek with his grandpa in the house. It is very interesting! Today the weather is bad. It’s rainy and cloudy. It’s cold. Tiny can’t go for a walk. Grandpa is busy. He goes shopping in the morning. Tiny is sad. He doesn’t want to read or draw. He wants to play with somebody. But suddenly “Mew! Mew!” “Oh, what’s this? Who is saying “Mew”?”

  Tiny is in the living room. The living room is very nice. There is a round table in the middle of the room. There is a big armchair next to the fireplace. When it’s cold Tiny likes to read books in the armchair.  

 “Mew! Mew!”  Now Tiny is looking for the sound under the table, behind the armchair, between the sofa and the armchair. There is nobody in the living room.

 Tiny is in his room. His room is not very large. Tiny is still looking for the sound: on the floor, under the bed, above the shelf with books, behind the computer, under the warm carpet. “Nothing”.

 Tiny is in the kitchen. In the middle of the room there is a box.  “Mew! Mew!” comes from the box. Tiny is surprised (удивлен). “What are you? What is in the box?” says Tiny. It’s a secret. Then he sees white years, a two big green eyes and a small pink nose!

“Oh! It’s a kitten!” says Tiny. He is so happy! He has got a new friend. They will play hide-and-sick together.
