Цели: обобщение изученного материала по теме «Мой родной край»;

актуализация страноведческого материала.

Задачи урока:

Развивающие:

-развивать способность к догадке, логическому изложению ранее изученного

материала;

-развивать сообразительность и быстроту реакции, способности работать самостоятельно.

-Учебные:

-тренировать навыки аудирования по теме «Город»

-совершенствовать лексические навыки говорения;

-совершенствовать умение логического построения предложения

- развивать навыки поискового чтения

-Воспитательные задачи:

-воспитывать любовь к своему родному краю

T- I m fine, thank you.

T – Today we’ll have an  unusual lesson we’ll make and  complete sentences, answer the questions and describe the pictures on the topic “my native Krasnodar Territory.

It is situated in the  Krasnodar Territory. It s an important industrial .economic

and transport centre of the region. It was founded more than 150 years ago .

It’s  situated on the left bank of the Kuban. In the centre of the town there is

the Drama Theatre, the oldest in the North Caucasus. Some years ago

a Holy Cross was erected on the highland Fortstadt. It commemorates the first

Cossaks who came to live in Staraya Stanitsa two hundred years ago. The

huge Cross can be seen in the distance.

P   It’s  Armavir.

T  You are right. Well  and now tell me please what our Territory is called?

P  It’ s called the Krasnodar Territory.

T  Yes,all right. Another name of our Territory is Kuban. So let’s  do some

exercises and quizzes on the topic. First look at the screen and choose the

T. Well. I see you know the famous people of our region. Now look at the screen again. There are some pictures of main cities of our Territory. I’ ll  read you my stories. You will listen to my stories, guess and name the city.

It was founded in 1793. It is famous for its universities; institutes and colleges. There is there one of the most famous scientific – research institutes (Krasnodar)

2. It is one of  the most famous resorts. It contains the largest children ‘s health centres (Anapa)

It is named the maritime gate way to Kuban.

3. It is named the navy gate way to Kuban. It is a city of glorious feats both in

  war and on the labour front. The residents of the city hold in sacred the memory

of the war heroes who stopped the fascists here. (Novorossiisk).

4.It is situated on the sea cost of the Black sea. It has the arboretum, one of the

most famous parks of the Krasnodar Territory. There will take place the nearest

Olimpic Games. (Sochi).

5.It was founded as a village in 1839.In 1914 it was transformed in the city.

It’s situated on the left bank of the river Kuban. There is there the main line

to Sochi and Baku. It was founded in honor of Armenian kingdom.(Armavir)

W Look! I’ve prepared an interesting text for you. Read the text and

say True or False.(На экране текст “The land  of Krasnodar”).

The Krasnodar Territory is divided into 38 districts. It has 26 towns and many

Villages.The Krasnodar Territory is washed by the Black Sea and by the Sea

Of Azov. It consists of highland and lowlands. In the lowland the climate is  dry

and in the mountains it is wet and cool. The mountains are covered with forests.

The main river is the Kuban,which flows into the Sea of Azov. There are a lot of

Small lakes in the highland. The population consists of many nationalities. The

largest towns are Krasnodar, Sochi, Armavir, Novorossiisk and Anapa ,Gelendzhik and Adler. The Krasnodar Territory has highly developed industry and agriculture which produce a lot of products. The holiday centres on the coast, especially Sochi, are visited by millions of people both from our country and from other countries. Many people come to Novorossiisk to see the place where the Soviet Army fought against the fascists during the Great Patriotic War.
