Buckingham Palace is the place where British kings and queens live when they are in London.
Westminster Abbey is a symbol of England. Nearly all English kings and queens have been crowned in Westminster Abbey.
The famous clock Big Ben stands near the Houses of Parliament .
Trafalgar Square is the geographical centre of London. It was named in memory of Admiral Nelson's victory in the battle of Trafalgar in 1805.
The London Tower is very old. It has a long and cruel history. It consists of the White and Bloody Towers.
