              ЦЕЛЬ    УРОКА:

                                      Ознакомление с достопримечательностями Лондона

                                       введение нового страноведческого материала.

              ЗАДАЧИ   УРОКА:

                                     1.Развитие навыков работы с текстом.

                                     2.Повторение грамматического материала.

                                     3.Развитие навыков аудирования.

                                     4.Практика устной речи.

        СОЦИОКУЛЬТУРНАЯ  ИНФОРМАЦИЯ:

                       достопримечательности  Лондона.

Организационный момент

Teacher: Hello, boys and girls! I am glad to see you again.

All are  present,that is right.  Are you ready for the lesson?

I hope-all of you.   How are you today? Are you all right?

(обращаюсь к ученикам) Sasha, how are you?(и т. д.)

Today we are going to speak about sightseeing's of London.

We shall listen to the text about London and you' ll do some tasks which connected with the text.

Now, open your books at page 231 and do ex.2. Repete after me these words                 (                     ( повторяют хором  за мной слова из таблицы)

 II.  Речевая зарядка

T.: At the last lesson we read the information about the places in London, which the tourists like to visit.

                                      Try to guess the place I mean.

               ( Идёт презентация, читается предложение-показывается

                 слайд, дети угадывают)

This  place is on  the  Thames. The British Parlament is there.                  (Houses of Parliament) - слайд №2

It is a very famous museum.There you can see wax figures of all the famous people in the world.

This plaсe is the London home of the Queen.

It is the oldest museum in London. It was the fortress,a castle,a prison and a zoo.

In the center of this square you can see a statue of  Admiral

Nelson.

This place is very popular with tourists because there is the largest observation wheel there.

If you want to buy present for your friends you ll go to this street.

It is the center of time and space, because the prime meridian of the Earth passes there

II.  Аудирование текста и работа с ним.

T: OK. I  see that you are ready  to listen the text.

     Your task will be to listen to the text and after that you must    

      say:    TRUE    the sentenses or    FALSE.

                                     Places  to  visit

London is the capital of England. It is it's political and business center. City is the oldest part of London. There are many banks and offices there.You can visit some interesting places in the city. One of them is the Tower of London. The Tower of London was a fortress, a palace, a prison. Now it is a museum. One of the greatest English churches, St. Paul's Cathedral, is not far from the Tower of London.The famous English architect, Sir Christopher Wren built it in the 17-th century. It is a beautiful building with many columns and towers. The center of London is Trafalgar Square. It is the most beautiful place in London. In the middle of the square stands a tall column. It is a monument to Admiral Nelson. There are 2 beautiful fountains in the square. Every day many tourists visit Trafalgar Square.

I think our lesson was great, wasn't it? Now we know many interestings places in London. If you go there anywhere you may be a guide there. Thank you very much.
