How to evaluate the teacher's potential? In my opinion, the best way is to assess his ability to play a great game and make sure that it deserves something more than routine "thank you" and "not at all". The teacher is a great PR-manager and actor and it is he, who is all in one, who indulges himself with his infinite belief in the progress of mankind, and at the same time, who doesn't flee from any manifestation of people's  hopelessness.
