Внеклассное мероприятие  по английскому языку «Animals are our friends »

Цели:

Образовательные:

• формировать коммуникативные и регулятивные универсальные учебные действия
• активизация изученной лексики по теме “Животные”.
• Тренировка монологической  речи

Воспитательные:

• прививать любовь к чтению стихов, потребность в изучении новой лексики на английском языке;
• воспитывать уважительное отношение к друг-другу, животным
• воспитание нравственных качеств учащихся, терпимости и уважения друг к другу, чувства коллективизма.

Развивающие:

• Развивать навыки восприятия речи на слух, навыки чтения и монологической речи, Расширять мировоззрение, внимание, логическое мышление, тренировать объем и увеличивать качество памяти.
• Развивать у учащихся познавательных способностей, эмоциональной сферы, творческих способностей.

Метапредметные результаты:

Развитие умения взаимодействовать с окружающими в новой игровой ситуации.

Задачи:

Воспитательные: воспитание у учащихся чувства уважения к животным и привитие любви к чтению.

Образовательные: повторение и закрепление активной лексики и грамматики уроков, совершенствование навыков аудирования и восприятия на слух, умение подготовить связное высказывание по теме.

Форма работы: фронтальная, групповая, индивидуальная.

Оборудование: учебник «Spotlight», 5 класс,. Ваулина Ю.Е., Дули Д., Эванс В., Подоляко О.Е.

интерактивная доска, мультимедийный проектор, компьютеры, доска, карточки и плакаты с изображением животных, маски животных и призы.

T. Good morning,boys and girls! Glad to meet you here.

Today we meet here to sing, play the games, recite poems,  show  the play, have the competitions.  Today we are going to speak about animals. The class is devided into 2 teams. Every team should think out its emblem and name. Let`s begin our competiton with show play which your classmates prepared to.

Characters: the Fox, the Cock, the Story-teller.

Story-teller: One morning the Cock went for a walk in the forest. He saw a very big tree? So he flew up and sat in it. The Fox was in the forest, too. He came up to the tree and saw the Cock in it.

 The Fox (to himself): Oh, that Cock will be  a very nice breakfast for me. (he turns to the Cock). Good morning, dear friend. How are you?

The Cock: I`m very well, thank you.

The Fox: Do you know that all the animals are friends now? The dogs and the cats are friends. The cat and the mouse are friends, too. And the birds and the fox; we are all friends now.

 The Cock: That`s good. That`s very, very good, indeed.

 The Fox: As we are all friends now, will you come to my house? You`ll have a tasty breakfast, I promise you.

The Cock: Thank you very much; that`s very kind of you.(He turns to the right)/ Oh, I say. Look over there! That`s a dog. It is coming here. Dogs like tasty breakfast, too. Ask the dog to come to your house for breakfast. Don`t you think that`s a good idea, Fox?

The Fox (greatly frightened):

A dog? You say a dog is coming?

Then good-bye.  I`m going.  My breakfast will be ready now, and I`m hungry.

The Cock (laughs):

Dear Fox, dear Fox, where are you going? Don`t go. I want t come down and have breakfast with you.. All the animals are friends now, you say.

The Fox (turns to the audience):

Yes, all the animals are friends now, but does that dog know it? (The Fox runs away).

T. Thank  you very much, my dear. Now one competitor from every team should come to the blackboard and draw animal any that like you. Now, while they are drawing,the rest of you listen to my riddles and try to guess them.

5. I`m grey and big. I live in the jungle, but you can find also find me at the zoo or in the circus. I don`t eat meat. I like vegetables, leaves, grass and fruit. (an elephant).

6. I`m red and I have a fine bushy tail. I like meat. I hunt and eat small animals. (a fox)

7. My long,thin legs

Are good and fast;

I like to gallop and to run

Oh, yes, I think it is great fun. (A horse)

8. A very funny animal, which moves very quickly. It can hang by its tail. (monkey)

9. He is not a tailor but carries with him. (Hedgehog)

10. I`m a little bird

Dressed in grey,

I hope here and there

And never go away. (A sparrow)

11. It`s grey, but it isn`t a wolf,

Long - cared, but not a hare.

With hoofs, but not a horse.

What is it? (a donkey).

12. This animal can go without water and food for a long time. What is it? (A camel)

T. And now look at the animal drawn by the “artists” on the blackboard. They will describe them in logical order. Who does it better, he will get more points.

(Pupils give their description).

T. Each team are given a sheet of paper with the picture of animals. Competitors of each team should write their names quickly and correctly.

It`s warm and fat.

And I`m very big.

Now at the blackboard you see the square where you can find the names of different animals. Whose team can find more of them, it will get more points.

Подведение итогов.

Жюри подводит итоги конкурса. Затем они называют победителя и награждают команды.

T.     Well, boys and girls. It`s very good that you know so much about animals. We should know that we are responsible for environment, animals and birds. If you have pets, you should feed them and take care of them. If they are wild, you shouldn`t destroy their territory. None of us must ever forget hat animals and birds are our friends. Thank you very much for so beautiful game. I have presents for you. (Учитель раздает конфеты в форме зверюшек)
