Тема урока: “ HEALTH AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ”.
Цель урока: систематизировать и обобщить знания учащихся по теме «Health and Body Care».
Задачи урока:
Образовательные:
- обобщение лексического материала по теме «Health»,
- обобщение грамматического материала (модальный глагол «should»,побудительное предложение),
- развитие навыков говорения, аудирования (просмотр видео), чтения и письма по теме.
Развивающие:
- развитие коммуникативных навыков по теме «Health and Body Care»,
- развитие творческих способностей учащихся,
- развитие памяти, внимания и мышления,
- развитие умения обобщать и делать выводы.
Воспитательные:
- воспитание здоровых привычек и культуры здорового образа жизни,
- воспитание умения работать в сотрудничестве.
Форма урока: комбинированный урок.
Межпредметные связи: английский язык, биология,медицина
Оборудование: компьютер, телевизор, видеозапись, раздаточный материал (карточки с кроссвордом, карточки «Body appearance and health»), докторский халат и принадлежности.

Children, look! Today we have many guests. Let's say to our guests “Good

CL-Good morning teaсhers. Welcome to our English lesson.
T-Sit down.
2.Основная часть урока.
1.Постановка цели урока.
T. Today our lesson is devoted to a very important problem. As you know some people are healthy, some people are unhealthy. Health is the most precious things in people’s life. We can’t buy health, but we can do a lot to keep it. In order to be healthy we should follow some special rules about what we will talk later.
T. So today we are going to speak about our health, about what we should do to be healthy and about doctors, because they help us to be healthy.
2.Опрос дом.задания.
T- OK. Last lesson we leant vocabulary words about health. Are you ready?
T. But at first we should revise some words on our topic.
T. Look at the screen, please. Look at the videos.
Ученики смотрят видеоролики по лексике 1 и 2.
Учитель проводит фронтальный опрос лексики и выражений по теме.
T-Look at the screen to learn how we use them.
Учитель показывает им фрагмент из видеоролика 3.
Let us revise the using of the verb to have.
3.Систематизация грамматического материала.
Учитель при помощи класса разбирает употребление глагола to have.
Учитель указывает на многозначность данного глагола , приводит примеры:
Have breakfast have a shower(a bath)
Have dinner(lunch) have a nap
Have supper have a nice day
В ходе просмотра видеоролика 3 учитель указывает , что данный глагол употребляется ,когда что-то болит. Приводит примеры. Учитель делает паузу видеоролика и ученики пишут новые выражения в тетрадях.
Учитель также указывает на образование некоторых слов по теме:headache earache stomachache и другие.
Повторение темы словообразование.
4.Фонетическая зарядка.
Now students. Let us speak about pronunciation of some words.
Учитель выписывает на доске некоторые слова с буквосочетанием CH
Headache , earache , stomachache и другие и объясняет , что данное буквосочетание в этих словах имеет звук (К ).
5.Систематизация устной речи.
T-Now students , let`s practice a little bit. I want you to think that you are ill .I do not want you to be ill ,just think you are ill .And here are some questions that I want to ask.
WHAT IS THE MATTER? Or WHAT IS WRONG?
T-I see you are tired . Let us have a rest.
T. To have a rest is also one of the rules of keeping fit.
T. But some people who don’t care much about their health and don’t follow some useful advice can fall ill. Who can help people if they are ill?

IMPERATIVE VERBS.
T-Now students .Let us talk about different kind of the verbs .These are imperative verbs .These verbs tell us what to do .
Учитель на доске пишет несколько побудительных глаголов , ученики их выписывают.
T-Stand up! Stop! Sit down!
T-In order to polite we can make that nicer by saying PLEASE.
В ходе объяснения учитель показывает фрагмент из видеоролика 3.
T-Here is another group for you .Take some aspirine . Go to the doctor .Drink tea and stay in bed.
Now children let us practice.
Учитель дает разные команды ученикам на английском языке и они делают ,что им велит учитель.

Student: My name is Taymaskhan.
Doctor: Your age?
Student: I am 16.
Doctor: What’s the matter?
Student: An awful toothache, doctor.
Doctor: An awful toothache? Let me see. Open your mouth, please. Wider, please. Your teeth are OK.
Student: Oh, doctor, an awful toothache. I can’t go to school.
Doctor: Oh, you can’t go to school... Now I see. I’ll take your tooth out. Pari , give me my instruments. (Входит медсестра в белом халате, изображающая медсестру, и вносит на подносе щипцы)
Nurse: Is it what you want, doctor?
Doctor: Yes, it is. Thank you.
Nurse: My pleasure.
Student: Oh, doctor, what’s that? My tooth is OK. I’ll go to school. Bye, doctor. .
Doctor: Bye (берет в руки щипцы, и обращаясь к зрителям, говорит): A very good instrument for lazy students .
T- OK. Very good. Take your seat.
Now another situation. «At the doctor`s»
2. At the phthisiatrician
Doctor: Would you like to come in?
Patient: Thank you. (He coughs badly).
Doctor: That cough sounds really very bad. How long have you had it?
Patient: For about two weeks.
Doctor: I think I should listen to your chest and lungs. Breathe in deeply, that’s right, and once more, please. Sit down. I’m going to take your blood pressure and feel your pulse.
(После паузы)
You are seriously ill. By the way, do you smoke?
Patient: Yes, I do.
Doctor: You shouldn’t smoke at all.
Patient: Oh, doctor, I’m afraid. What should I do?
Doctor: First of all stop smoking, take regular exercises, eat healthy food and go in for sports.
Patient: Thanks, doctor. I’ll follow your advice.

3. At the pediatrician
Patient: Good-day, Patimat Shamilovna.
Doctor: Good-day . What is your name?
Patient: My name is Patya.
Doctor: What's the matter with you?
Patient: I've a headache, a sore throat and a running temperature.
Doctor: First of all: Put the thermometer under your arm . I shall feel your pulse. Give me your hand, please. Thanks. So, let me examine your throat. Where is a small spoon? Open your mouth, please. Your throat is red. Let me listen to your heart and lungs. Breathe .Give me a thermometer.
Patient: What's the matter with me, doctor?
Doctor: You have a very high temperature .You have a bad cold. You must stay in bed for 2 days, until your temperature is normal and you stop coughing. I shall prescribe you some medicine. you should take it 3 times a day .Ask your mother to go to the chemist's and get the medicine. Now I shall give you a tablet for headache. But the main thing for you is to stay in bed until you feel better and keep warm. .
Patient: Can I drink hot milk with honey?
Doctor: Yes, it would be nice. And take vitamins.
Patient: OK. Thank you, doctor.
Doctor: If you don't feel better, call me in 714291. Bye.
8.Развитие навыков письма.
T-Very good .Thank you . Now it`s time to listen and write . Listen to Molly Stone and write a dictation.
Учитель показывает фрагмент из видеоролика 3 и ученики пишут диктант.

T-Now students read the story and answer the questions about it.
Учитель показывает фрагмент из видеоролика 3 ,делает паузу и ученики быстро читают текст и устно переводят. Затем ученики письменно отвечают на вопросы ,которые задает Молли Стоун.
Nick feels really bad today. He is at work but he wants to go home. He has a headache and a fever. He feels cold and then he feels hot. He is drinking a lot of water and taking aspirin ,but he feels ill. His temperature is 38.His friend ,Tom, says , «Nick go home. Go to bed. Call the doctor. You have the flu». Nick thinks and says, «OK, Tom . I am going home, and I am going to bed. See you later». Poor Nick.
T- OK students. At the end of the lesson I`ll pick up your exercise-books to check them.
9.Обсуждение устной темы «Healthy ways of life»
T-Now students let`s talk about healthy ways of life.
Ученики выходят к доске, показывая разные картинки по теме рассказывают о здоровом образе жизни.
P1-It is a pleasure to look at a strong, athletic man and slim beautiful lady.
It is known that healthy people live longer and their career is more successful. To look well you must follow some simple rules: don’t smoke and take drugs, don’t drink alcohol, don’t eat too much chips and sweets, eat more vegetables and fruits, sleep well, do exercises.
P2-We have two lessons of physical training once a week. We do exercises, run, jump, play basketball and pioneer ball, ski in winter. I think that we must have more lessons of physical training than we have now. For example American pupils have their PT lessons every day.
P3- A person should lead an active life. A person should play sports, go jogging, play different games, and walk a lot. Physical activity is an important part of a long and healthy life. I like to play tennis, to ride a bicycle and to swim. But most of all I like roller-skating. I could hardly wait when snow melted, I put on roller-skates and went outdoors. I spent one or two hours every day skating with my friends and we’ve got a lot of fun!
P4-I don’t smoke (nobody smokes in our family). I know that this very bad habit may cause serious problems in your health. It's common knowledge that smoking and drinking can shorten our lives dramatically. Cigarette-smoking, for example, kills about 3 million people every year. Many of them die from lung cancer. Some aren't even smokers. They are people who live or work with heavy smokers. Yet many young people smoke and drink. Why? One answer is that tobacco and drinks companies invest enormous sums of money in advertising their products. For them cigarettes and alcoholic drinks mean money. For us they mean disease and even death.
P5-I do my morning exercises, try to eat “healthy” food and think that this is really a good way to live. First of all, it is important to have a proper diet. In order to be healthy and feel well a person should have regular meals – at least three times a day plus have snacks in between. A person should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, nuts, fish, lean meat, rye bread, dairy products. A person should avoid eating many sweets – chocolates, candies, pies as they cause obesity. A person should not overeat, as it does not contribute to health.
P6- Рeople should avoid stressful situations in their life as they lead to health problems such as insomnia, mental disorders, and different illnesses. It is important to balance family life and work. Moreover, people should find time for themselves and their hobbies.
P-7We all know that the healthier we are, the better we feel. The better we feel, the longer we live. So in order to be healthy and fit it is important to eat useful food containing a lot of nutrients and vitamins, be physically active and avoid stress. So why not take care of ourselves?
T-Thank you very much .Now I have some questions for you.
