Сочинение "My Summer Adventure"
Hi! My name is Jasmin. I took many photos during my summer holidays. Look at my photo album.
My summer adventures started with our family trip to the Black Sea. Every year we go there and stay in a big and beautiful house of our friends. We swam, sought different stones under water, made sand castle and went fishing. In the evenings we played a very interesting game “Monopoly”. To my mind it is very useful because it teaches how to spend money wisely. My sisters and I organized concerts for our parents. We sang songs, danced, recited poems and told jokes. And our parents arranged for us the intellectual game "What? Where? When?». We answered difficult questions with pleasure.
Soon it was time to come back to Rostov-on-Don. In our family there is a tradition to go to the Wish Tree and the Statue of Three Bears before leaving. We hang a handkerchief or a ribbon on the tree and make a wish. In my opinion, if you have a strong belief in your wishes they will come true once.
But when we returned home my adventures were not over. We went to the Gorky Park. First we took a walk around the park, and then we went on the rides. I liked "Kamikaze" most of all.
After that my family and I visited "The Touching Zoo", where we could not only look at the animals but also touch them. I tried to stroke rabbits. But I have never thought that it is so hard to catch them. They ran away all the time. But at last I caught a white rabbit. It was so nice, funny and frightened… I also stroked little birds, pigs, chickens, sheep and goats. I liked that day very much.
In a few days my family and I went to the embankment. We had a ride on a ship. It was so exciting! During the trip I enjoyed the beauty of nature. If I were an artist, I would draw that fantastic scenery.
Of course, I found time for my hobby. I am fond of music, so I played the piano with great pleasure in my summer holidays.
The summer ended so quickly but it was unforgettable.
