Основная цель данного проекта: найти информацию о великих людях которые прославили город Тулу. Задачи исследования: – изучить известные и малоизвестные страницы из жизни великих туляков; – способствовать развитию интереса к своим знаменитым и малоизвестным соотечественникам.

Tatiana Pronchishcheva is the first polar woman- traveller . She was born in 1713 in the village of Berezovo , Aleksinsky district. In 1735 together with her husband Vasily Pronchishchev , as a part of Bering's Second Kamchatka expedition, she made a trip on board a vessel from Yakutsk down the Lena River to the Yenisei mouth to put on the map the unknown at that time Taimyr. Tatiana Pronchishcheva's name was given to the bay and peninsula in the east of Taimyr. In Yakutsk there is a monument to Tatiana Pronchishcheva and her husband.

Sergei Ivanovich Mosin Mosin was born in Ramon, in the Voronezh Governorate of the Russian Empire in 1849. He entered the military academy at the age of 12 where he excelled as a young officer. In 1867, he entered the Alexandrov Military High School in Moscow. It was in Tula where Mosin began his career as a weapons designer by first making improvements to the Berdan II and later collaborating with Nagant to design the Rifle of Three Lines of the Year 1891. Mosin eventually rose to the rank of General and was appointed as the director of the Sestroretsk arsenal.

Andrey Timofeyevich Bolotov Andrey Timofeyevich Bolotov (18 October 1738 – 16 October 1833) was the most prolific memoirist and the most distinguished agriculturist of the 18th-century Russian Empire. Bolotov was born and spent most of his adult life in the family estate of Dvoryaninovo , in the Tula region. During his life there, he brought out a pioneering manual on crop rotation and elaborated an innovative system of pomology which included more than 600 cultivars of apples and pears. He was always interested in plant breeding.

Aleksey Skuratov is a well-known Russian seafarer of the 18th century, the researcher of Arctic regions. He spent his childhood and the last years of his life in the village of Big Skuratovo in Chern district. A cape in the northern coast of Yamal, a peninsula, a cape and a strait near Dickson Island were named in his honour . The ships in Arctic regions were often called after him.

Boris Feoktistovich Safonov He was born in a peasant family in the village of Sinyavino in the Plavsky District, Tul'skaya oblast on the 26 of August in 1915. At the beginning of the German-Soviet War, he shot down a Junkers Ju-88 bomber on a reconnaissance flight. He was awarded with the Order of the Red Banner three times, the Order of Lenin, Hero of the Soviet Union and the British Distinguished Flying Cross.

Заключение: Хотелось бы продолжить свое исследование в этом направлении с целью узнать новые факты из жизни знаменитых людей, прославивших наш город. Итогом моей работы я хотел бы видеть закладку “Аллеи памяти выдающимся тулякам”, в создание которой я хотел бы принять активное участие.
