Nikolai Kuryatnikov , a native-born of Klin region, went to Red Army voluntarily in September , 1941. By September 1943 he had become the 1087 th battalion stand-in command of a r i fle regiment, in division 322. Nikolai Andreevich Kuryatnikov

He is the hero of the Soviet Union . He was awarded with the Order of Lenin, “ Gold Star" medal and the Orde r of the Red Star.

In the spring of 1944, a young battalion commander was injured in one of the battles on the Ukrainian land and died on the 10 th of March in 1944. He was buried in Zbarazh (a town in the Ukraine).

Dmitriev Philip Dmitrievich Dmitriev Philip Dmitrievich was born on the 12 th of October in 1910 in a peasant family, in the village of Olisovo , in Klin region. He took part in the battles at the Southern, Voronezh, Kalinin, the 1 st Baltic, Western and the 3 rd Byelorussian fronts.

Dmitriev was posthumously given the title Hero of the Soviet Union. He was also awarded the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Patriotic War, the Order of the Red Star. Awards :
