The question of planet pollution has always aroused heated disputes. Some people claim that ecological problems in the world are the most serious ones today. While others argue that there are any problems, no less serious than ecological ones.

I agree that there is no greater problem than pollution. People cannot live without water and air, but they contaminate them with different poisonous chemicals, dropping litter and emitting gases from their automobiles. Moreover, ozone depletion leaves the Earth unprotected from radiation, which is dangerous for the human health.

However, people create themselves problems such as wars and global conflicts. The military situation in Ukraine, in which innocent people die, makes everyone suffer. To make the matters worse, there is a danger of terrorism that we cannot stop today and people themselves become the victims of terror attacks.

On the other hand – it is not a secret that our health is getting worse because of pollution. That’s why, if we do not stop polluting the atmosphere, our next generations will not have an opportunity to live in a safe world with healthy food and clean water.  Besides, many problems can be solved. For example, many wars can be avoided with the help of negotiation, diplomacy.

To sum it all up, I would like to say that despite the existence of many issues, ecological problems are still the most serious ones today. We should do our best to stop spoiling the environment thinking about future generations.
