Objectives and tasks The objective of this project is to find out whether there is a discrimination in Russia towards the elderly and to work out ways to solve this problem

Are the elderly happy in Russia? We’ve conducted a survey and learnt that the most common problems of the elderly in Russia are: -low retirement income -lack of high quality medical care -lack of relatives’ care -violation of the labour rights - bad housing conditions

The most common stereotypes The elderly: live in the past work worse than young people are boring don’t understand modern fashion, rules, tendencies don't know how to joke, deal with young people

We must think how we can help the m take care of them and be interested in them, their health and news do not deny what they ask show respect for them support them talk to older people more often set up more social organizations that will help them to ensure enhanced incomes to provide jobs for them

Conclusion Therefore, we proved that there is some discrimination of elderly people in Russia and worked out the ways of this problem’s solution.
