We settled in the south of India famous for its clean and endless coastline but for architectural delights and a real full-fledged life of the local population one must go to the north of the country.

I n this country you feel truly free. You are the flame water and air at the same time. Here the smells of the night market are lined with caravans. H ere it is only worthwhile to go and adventures will find you . Its wild parks with little animals and a centuries-old temple hidden in the heart of jungle this is a towering wave into which you jump without looking back so that your body is covered with thousands of bubbles. And of course it's an elephant watering from the trunk .

I can not forget about Indian cuisine which can surprise even the most demanding gourmet. N ot for nothing that Indian cuisine inspired the director Steven Spielberg to create a film “ S pices and passions“.
