Introduction Problem: the British cuisine is considered to be monotonous and not very tasty. I decided to find out why there is such an opinion . Hypothesis: inspie of its reputation being not a very sophisticated cuisine, British cuisine is becoming popular in the world due to the simplicity of their tastes and quality ingredients( especially local produced). I'll try to prove it. Objective: to Explore British cuisine and their characteristics. To study their unusual names Tasks: To learn the names of dishes of traditional British cuisine. To study traditional British dishes and their names. Find out in which countries British cuisine is more popular.

They are simple, many of their ingredients are quite common in many other countries though the names sound unusual sometimes. British cuisine includes traditional dishes of different parts of UK( Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and England)The dishes are exceptionally rich in tastes and may also please fans to eat tightly. Therefore, the popularity of British cuisine is growing.
