There is an opinion that as the beginning of tradition of coloring of eggs the following served: during a post of egg weren't eaten and, saved for a long time, were painted in different colors for definition of sequence of the use in food. But the practical side of coloring of eggs remained far in the past. Having become traditional, the festive dish found creative approach.
