Fairytale "New Year's Night"

New Year’s night.

Once upon a time there was a snake Adeliya. She lived in Brazil. Adeliya dreamt to see white snow at least once in her life. The snake wanted to celebrate New Year.

Once on New Year’s Eve the star fell down and Adeliya wished, “I want to go to the place where New Year is celebrated and there is much snow”.  Next morning the snake woke up in the snowdrift. She understood her wish had come true. But she was very cold because Adeliya didn’t live in such frosty weather. When she got up from the snowdrift, Adeliya saw a snake. The snake’s name was Zhuzha.

Adeliya got acquainted with  Zhuzha. They became good friends. Zhuzha told Adeliya a lot about Russia. Adeliya found out that today it was New Year in Russia. Suddenly it began snowing. It was a fantastic wonder! They celebrated New Year cheerfully. During that night they gave presents to each other, made fireworks and danced round the Christmas tree.  Adeliya saw the Christmas tree and the snow for the first time in her life. The Adeliya’s dream has come true. She also found out that they were the symbols of New Year, 2013!

Adeliya liked that travelling very much!
