Hello! My name is Misha. I am 10. I live in Pocachy. I want you to know more about our town. There are 3 schools in it.

 It is a school number 1. It is the oldest and the smallest one.

And this  school is number 4. It is the newest and the biggest in our town.

 And this is my school. It is the best in the town. Out teachers are the best and we like our school very much.

When I was small I went to the kindergarten “Ryabinushka”. We also have “Skazka”, “Solnyshko”, “Romashka” and the newest one. It is not opened yet.

 All children and pupils in our town like their schools and kindergartens.

Hello! I am Alina. I go to school number 2 in class 4. I like music and go to music school. Our music school is small but we can study to play the piano, the accordion, the trumpet, the saxophone, the clarinet, the guitar, the folk instruments, the xylophone and the flute. We give a lot of concerts in our school and in the town.

This will be our new Center of Arts with the music school in it. They say it will be opened soon.

There is also an Art exhibition in our town. Everyone can see a lot of pictures here and enjoy them.

Our town is very nice and I like it.

Hi! My name is Kamil. I live in Pocachy. I am in class 4. I go in for football. There are 4 sport clubs in our town.

They are:

“Sibiryak”

“Neftyanik”

a swimming pool “Dolphin”

and an ice palace “Crystal”. It was opened in 2008.

There are 10 sports in our clubs. They are: judo, basketball, football, boxing, hockey, figure skating, gymnastics, swimming and chess.

We can go in for any of them.

Who wants to go in for sports and thinks about his health has every conditions for it.

Hello! My name is Kate. I am 10. I go to school in Pocachy. It is a small town but it has a museum of Local Lore. You can see a lot of interesting things here. There are Sibirian birds and animals, hanty’s houses and their clothes.

There is a church «God’s Mother’s Shroud” in our town. It was opened in 2002. The Christians can speak to God here.

And the Moslems can go to mosque. It was opened in 2001.

Pocachy is a nice town and I like it.

Hi! My name is Lera. I am 10. I go to class 4. I like to read. We have a library at school but I like to go to our town library. It is new. There are a lot of books here. We can read them in the library or take the books home. There is an Internet in our library. It is great!

Our library is in the square. There is a fountain  in summer here. We can ride the bikes, roller-skate, skip and sit on the benches. We like our square.

Hi! This is me! My name is Marat. I am 10. I live in Pocachy. It is 18 years old and we wish it “Happy Birthday”. Pocachy is a small but a very nice town. We have some parks in our town.

In the children park there are a lot of swing. We have lots of fun here. We can skip, run, jump and climb in our park. It is very nice here.

There is an Avenue of Glory in our town. You can see real helicopters and planes, tanks and military cars. It is so interesting!

We like our parks. Pocachy is the town where happiness lives!

Социальная значимость:

Подготовка материалов для создания презентации, посвящённой 18-летию города Покачи, с целью получения информации о городе для гостей.

Цель:

-- исследовать, насколько инфраструктура города соответствует интересам младших школьников.

Задачи:

-- стимулировать естественный интерес школьников к познанию и науке;

-- развивать учебно-познавательную мотивацию;

-- развивать индивидуальность обучающихся через изменение форм и содержания самостоятельных работ, степени ответственности каждого члена проектной группы за общий результат;

-- реализовывать принцип связи обучения с жизнью;

-- формировать коммуникативные навыки обучающихся;

-- активизировать навык перевода с русского языка на английский;

--развивать навыки монологической речи обучающихся;

-- развивать чувство патриотизма и гордости за свой город;

-- охарактеризовать родной город с точки зрения младших школьников.

Основополагающий вопрос:

Достаточно ли развита инфраструктура города для удовлетворения потребностей младших школьников и организации их досуга?

Проблемный вопрос:

Чем могут заняться младшие школьники в городе?
